PSV Eindhoven youth coach Jefta Bresser has joined Fulham boss Martin Jol's backroom staff.
The 40-year-old technical coach, who has been with PSV Eindhoven for six years.
He is considered one of the best technical trainers in Holland.
"This is a great challenge. After a long time I was ready for something else," said Bresser to Voetbal International. "The Dutch School is highly regarded in England.
"I was over there last week for a look. It all appears very promising."
