Jean Tigana receives his Manager of the Season from England Manager Sven Goran Eriksson ss

Fulham manager Jean Tigana has been awarded the Nationwide League Division One manager of the season title. He was presented with the award at last night’s League Managers Association dinner, held in Nottingham.

Tigana has taken his side to the Premiership winning 30 out of 46 league matches, losing just five games throughout the entire campaign.

Fulham Football Club’s Managing Director, Michael Fiddy, stated:

"We are thrilled and delighted that Jean has received this award for what has been an outstanding season at Fulham. To be recognised by his contempories is indeed a great honour and the Club shares in congratulating Jean for this achievement."
