Former Fulham striker, Heidar Helguson, signs loan until the end of the season
Helguson has rejoined Watford on loan until the end of the season from fellow Championship side QPR.
The striker spent five years at Vicarage Road making well over 150 appearances for the Hornets between 2000 and 2005.
The 32-year-old then moved on to Fulham and Bolton before a loan spell with QPR persuaded the Loftus Road club to sign him on a permanent deal in January last year.
However the Icelandic international managed just three goals in 20 games in all competitions and was allowed to join Watford on loan in September.
A return of five goals in 10 league games for Malky Mackay's men saw the Hornets desperate to negotiate a deal that would see Helguson stay at the club.
The frontman will now remain at Watford until June 30th but will be ineligible to play against parent club QPR when the two sides meet in February.
