Fulham will include on-loan striker Vincenzo Montella in their squad despite the Italian needing a late fitness test.

Montella is available again after suspension but is suffering from a slight groin strain, while Philippe Christanval (flu) is out and Clint Dempsey is missing after only returning from international duty on Friday.

Simon Elliott and Mark Pembridge are both still absent with long-term injuries.
