Fulham boss Jean Tigana will be without Portuguese ace Luis Boa Morte for the clash with Huddersfield at Craven Cottage.
Boa Morte has scored eight goals so far this season, including a brace in the 3-2 midweek win over Wolves in the Worthington Cup.
The 23-year-old former Arsenal and Southampton striker will be absent as he is serving a one-match suspension.
Tigana has no injuries worries as his side look to return to winning ways in the league after failing to take all three points from any of their last three games.
Fulham have won seven of their eight home games but lost 1-0 to Preston in their last fixture in front of the Cottagers faithful.
Tigana will be hoping his side can continue scoring goals at a rapid rate after notching 22 at Craven Cottage so far.
Midfielder Lee Clark said: "It will be tough. In the last game of last season it was us who stopped them getting into the play-offs, but you don't become a bad side overnight and I think they are just short of a bit of confidence.
"When a new manager comes in, sides normally have a good spell and often win a few games, but hopefully we can take the three points and continue our good start to the campaign."
Huddersfield's new boss Lou Macari has had some good news on the injury front.
Strikers Martin Smith and Chris Hay are both feeling 100 per cent fit after a bug forced them onto the bench during the 1-0 defeat against Blackburn.
Former Leeds, Blackburn and Newcastle midfielder Scott Sellars is also fit despite sustaining a knee injury during the same game.
Macari has been further boosted by the news that midfielder Dean Gorre has recovered from a hamstring injury and the influential 30-year-old is available for selection.
Chris Beech, a long-term absentee, may also come into contention as he continues to make progress following an Achilles injury but it is thought Macari may not be prepared to risk him.
Experienced midfielder Kenny Irons is the Terriers' only doubt as the former Tranmere man has been suffering with a bug and has not been training as a result.
Huddersfield are rooted to the foot of the table after recording just one win so far this season but they will be looking to match Preston's recent achievement and defeat Fulham at Craven Cottage.
