Fulham play Derby in Worthington
last updated Sunday 16th September 2001, 2:23 PM
The Worthington Cup third-round
draw see Fulham meeting Derby at Craven Cottage in a repeat of last year's
competition. Hopefully the result will be the same as Fulham, then in
the First division, beat Premiership Derby 3-2 with goals from Louis Saha
and Eddie Lewis.
Manchester United and Arsenal clash at Highbury but with the tie set to
take place in the week beginning October 8, United face a potential fixture
clash following the rearrangement of their Champions League game against
Olympiakos for the same week.
Holders Liverpool, who beat Fulham in last year's quarter finals, will
begin their campaign at home to first-division high-fliers Grimsby.
Ties to be played week commencing
8th October
