LEYTON ORIENT have rejected an offer from Fulham for centre-back Gabriel Zakuani.

But O’s boss Martin Ling knows he may struggle to keep Zakuani, 20 next Wednesday, who is rated at £1million.

Ling said: “It’s true there is some interest from Fulham but I would love to keep Gaby here.

“We think we are on a roll and we can go places. But if someone was to come in with a substantial offer, then there is no way we could turn it down.”
