Fulham will not increase their bid for Birmingham striker Cameron Jerome according to Sky Sports sources.
It emerged on Monday night that Martin Jol had made a £3million bid for the forward, who has also been targeted by Premier League rivals Stoke.
But relegated Birmingham want more money for Jerome amid their reported off-field problems and financial difficulties.
Fulham are likely to turn their attention elsewhere as a result and they have been linked with Mexico international Aldo De Nigris.
Jerome scored just five goals in all competitions last season, but he has also been linked with Bolton.
