Reports in the Portuguese press have again
linked Fulham with a possible move for Brazilian striker Mario Jardel.
Jardel is reportedly unhappy at Galatasaray following his move from Porto,
with reports citing his failure to adapt to the lifestyle as one of the
primary reasons for him wanting a move.
With a switch back to Porto being mooted, a number of European clubs are
also said to be interested in acquiring the services of the Brazilian international.
English Premiership newcomers Fulham, owned by billionaire Mohamed Al Fayed,
have also been keeping tabs on the player after losing out on giant Czech
striker Jan Koller to Borussia Dortmund.
Jardel, most noted for his goalscoring ability in the air is reported to
be keen on making the move back to Portugal.
However, the temptation of Premiership football may be too good to pass
up.
