Fulham target Marcus Bent |

Fulham boss Jean Tigana is being linked with a renewed move for Ipswich hitman Marcus Bent with his striking options stretched to the limit.
Fulham have only Frenchman Steve Marlet fit of their senior strikers with Barry Hayles, Luis Boa Morte, Louis Saha and Facundo Sava all facing long spells on the sidelines and the Cottagers boss is considering a move for another, with Steed Malbranque currently filling the void.
Bent, who has only just returned from injury, has emerged as a possible alternative and Tigana was interested in the former Blackburn forward last summer but decided against making an offer.
Other clubs, including West Ham, have also shown an interest in the powerful hitman but Fulham are in pole position and may make a £2m move once the transfer window reopens in January.
