Fulham manager Roy Hodgson will try to bolster his Fulham defence by moving for Digao (full name Rodrigo Izecson dos Santos Leite), the younger brother of Brazilian Kaka.
Digao signed for A.C. Milan in 2004 after a season at Sao Paulo in Brazil. He was then loaned out to Rimini for two seasons and at the end of that loan moved on to Standard.
He has been on loan at Standard Liege from Milan, and the 23-year-old could be sent out again next term.
Hodgson wants Digao at Craven Cottage even if he holds onto Brede Hangeland, wanted by Arsenal.
