Sean Davis will undergo a check on his injured thigh today to see if he
will be fit to face Chelsea on Wednesday, but Lee Clark looks to be out.
Davis faces a race against time to be fit for the derby clash at home to
Claudio Ranieri's Blues.
He limped off in last Saturday's home defeat by Liverpool after 25 minutes,
having taken a heavy knock to his thigh, and is now doubtful for the game
against his boyhood idols.
"We still hope that Sean will be available for Wednesday, but we will
know more after he has been examined today," said assistant manager
Christian Damiano.

Clark is almost certainly out of the game at Stamford Bridge. He made his
long-awaited comeback from an Achilles injury when he came on to replace
Davis, but he had to come back off late in the game.
Damiano added: "He felt more pain in his Achilles, so that's not
good. We need to look at him now before we make any decisions, but it's
frustrating for him."
If Davis and Clark fail to recover in time, Jean Tigana will have a selection
headache as Sylvain Legwinski serves a one-match ban after picking up
his fifth yellow card of the season in last month's game at Middlesbrough.
John Collins therefore seems to be a definite starter alongside Steed Malbranque
and Luis Boa Morte, while Jon Harley and Bjarne Goldbaek come into contention
for the other midfield berth
