FULHAM boss Chris Coleman is poised to sign Austrian international left-back Emanuel Pogatetz from German giants Bayer Leverkusen.

Coleman is in talks with the classy defender about a £1.5million switch to Craven Cottage to solve his problem left-back position.

Pogatetz, who has starred in England's World Cup qualifying group, wants to quit Leverkusen where he has been overlooked since he joined.
