Fulham defender Alain Goma is facing another spell on the sidelines after picking up a calf injury.
The Frenchman sustained the injury during training last Friday and it follows recent hamstring and knee problems, however he is optimistic that he won't be forced to miss too many games.
"I picked up a calf-strain on Friday, the day before the (Manchester Uni
ted) game," the former Newcastle and PSG star said.
"I was just training normally and it suddenly went - I had a hamstring injury a month ago and now it's the calf, so it's a problem that I have to manage.
"I've had problems with my right knee for a while and it's possible that these other injuries are linked to that.
"I don't think it's a bad injury. I've had a scan and nothing showed up on that, so hopefully I'll be able to run on it in a few days time and I won't be out for too long. I've got two weeks to recover, so I hope that I will be fit in time for the Blackburn game."
