Fulham Manager Chris Coleman hopes to complete the signing of Everton striker Tomasz Radzinski this week.
The Fulham manager has been chasing the Canada international since the end of last season and is optimistic a deal is imminent.
Radzinski had a transfer request turned down by Everton but has rejected a new three-year deal and launched an attack on manager David Moyes at the weekend.
The 30-year-old is out of contract next summer and the Goodison Park club will be forced to sell or lose out on much-needed funds.
Charlton have also been linked with Radzinski but Fulham hope their long-standing pursuit of the £1.5million-rated striker will pay off.
