Fulham are the centre of rumours linking them to Welsh International John Hartson of Celtic but his agent says the striker is "very happy" at Celtic.
Jonathan Barnett told the BBC Sport website he would not be made aware of interest from other clubs until such time as an offer was accepted by Celtic.
Fulham are reported to have made a £4m bid for the frontman, which was turned down by Celtic, as was permission to speak to the player.
But the English Premiership side, managed by Hartson's former international team-mate Chris Coleman, could come back with an improved offer.
However Barnett said: "John is very happy at Celtic, he loves Celtic."
Celtic would be extremely unwilling to lose Hartson, particularly with Henrik Larsson leaving at the end of the season.
Hartson stayed in Glasgow as the rest of the Celtic squad travelled to Lithuania to take on FBK Kaunas in their Champions League second qualifier.
He is still recovering from back surgery at the end of last season, but is hopeful of being fit for the start of the league sea
