The 2005/2006 Premiership fixtures have been released and show Fulham at home against Birmingham in the first game of the season on Saturday 13th August. Chris Coleman's squad lost home and away to the Brummies last season so the game will be an early indication of Fulham's fighting spirit.
Fulham then travel to Blackburn and Arsenal before returning to Craven Cottage for a home game against Everton. Chris Coleman and his backroom staff would have been hoping for a less difficult opening month to the season but get some compensation at the end of the season with a less difficult run in.
The SouthWest London Derby kicks off with a visit to Fulham Broadway on the 26th December and finishes with the home leg on the 18th March.
The first of the so-called Big Three to visit Craven Cottage should be Man Utd on Saturday 1st October, although the date depends on United's attempt to qualify for the Champions League.
Elsewhere on the opening day Man Utd visit Everton, Wigan Athletic welcome Chelsea, Sunderland have a home game against Charlton and West Ham face Blackburn Rovers.
