Fulham and the FA are still at loggerheads over Ray Lewington joining England permanently.
The well-respected coach is on Roy Hodgson's staff for the Euros and is wanted to stay on as his No 2 after the tournament.
Compensation needs to be agreed with Fulham but Club England managing director Adrian Bevington says there is no deal yet.
He said: "We are delighted to have Ray for the tournament.
"He has worked with Roy extensively and is an experienced coach.
"He is a Fulham employee so Ray Lewington is with us for the tournament and that is all I can say on it."
