The Rangers manager said: "We've agreed a fee with Fulham for Paul with regard to a permanent signing after the one month loan spell if things work out.
"Obviously that is a situation that would then have to be discussed at board level to see if there was any chance of being able to afford the fee and the wages. We'll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.
"We're very much hoping that something might change on the financial side of things and that we do get someone in who can help the club.
"Paul has great pace. He is an experienced played with a good goalscoring record. He's cost a lot of money in different transfers over the years and has scored goals everywhere he's been.
He's been a major feature in the Fulham side of recent seasons. His loan period here is a great boost for us."
Peschisolido hasn't featured for the Cottagers this season and does not figure in manager Jean Tigana's plans.
