Jim Stannard

Former Fulham and Gillingham keeper Jim Stannard has returned to the Priestfield Stadium as part-time goalkeeping coach.

The 44-year-old made 430 appearances for The Cottagers between 1980 and 1995 beating a 70-year-old appearance record for Fulham keepers. He mad 106 league appearances for the Gills between 1995 and 1999 after a free transfer from Fulham.

He also set a Football League record of 29 clean sheets during the 1995/96 season as the Gills won promotion from Division Three (now League Two).
