Fulham midfielder Bjarne Goldbaek could be in line for a summer switch to
Crystal Palace after failing in his bid to become a first-team regular.
Goldbaek moved to Craven Cottage in January 2000 from Chelsea, where he
had won over the fans with his passionate displays, and important goals
for the club.
However, he has failed to have the same impact for Jean Tigana's side, and
has made just eight appearances in the Premiership all season, alerting
Crystal Palace to his availability.
Palace chief Trevor Francis made an approach to loan the Danish star for
the remainder of the season, but his request was turned down by Tigana.
Reports are now suggesting that Goldbaek, 33, could be set to make the move
permanently in the summer
