Keith Stroud is a vastly experienced referee at this level.
In his career he has been an International FIFA assistant referee and ran the line in the 2003 FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Southampton.
Keith also served as a Premier League referee for 2 seasons before returning to the EFL list in 2009/10 and is now a full time Select group 2 referee.
Keith has refereed over 300 EFL games, including the League 2 Play-Off Final in 2013 between Bradford City and Northampton Town.
The last time Mr Stroud reffed a Fulham game was in the 4-2 crushing of Barnsley defeat in which he booked six players, four from Fulham, and he also sent off a Barnsley player in the 67th minute. All the goals had been scored before the sending off.
QPR did not enjoy the last time Mr Stroud reffed one of their games, their 3-0 away defeat at Brighton
in December 2016. He booked Sylla of QPR and then sent off his team mate Onuoha in the 56th minute of the game for a last man foul.
Last season Ref Stroud reffed 45 games dishing out 191 yellows, a well above average 4.7 cards a game, and a second highest 11 reds.
This season so far he has reffed 28 games dishing out 136 yellows, a well above average 4.9 cards a game, and a highest 11 reds. Mr Stroud seems intent on getting a record for the number of red cards issued in one season.
