Fulham winger Harry Wilson has claimed another Royal Caribbean Legend of the Match after his stoppage time heroics against Brighton & Hove Albion.
With the game poised at 1-1 in added time, Fulham were awarded a free-kick 25 yards from goal when Josh King was fouled, and our Welsh wizard stepped up to thump an unstoppable effort into the top corner.
We’re used to seeing stunning goals from the 28-year-old, but this was the first time we’d seen him dispatch a set-piece.
“It’s something that I’ve been disappointed about the last couple of years,” he told FFCtv. “In the years leading up to coming here I scored quite a few, scored a couple for Wales in my time here as well, so it’s nice to finally get off the mark in that sense.”
Almost half (47.6%) of fans opted for Wilson as their Legend of the Match, while there was little to separate our other goal scorer Samuel Chukwueze (16.4%) and rock at the back Joachim Andersen (16.1%) for second place.
