West Ham are continuing discussions over a proposed move for Fulham winger Adama Traore.
The 29-year-old has worked with manager Nuno Espirito Santo previously at Wolves and was wanted by him at Nottingham Forest.
Traore is out of contract in the summer so Fulham are ready to cash in now to gain a nominal fee.
West Ham's prime objective is to bring in a number nine with Niclas Fullkrug edging towards a move to AC Milan.
The Italians had also shown interest in Fiorentina's Moise Kean who is a target for Fulham.
