Fulham v Bolton: Team News

last updated Tuesday 14th August 2007, 10:34 PM

Fulham goalkeeper Antti Niemi has had an MRI scan on his wrist injury and has been told there is no damage, apart from bruising.

But he will be sidelined for one more week, so Tony Warner continues to deputise with reserve-team goalkeeper Ricardo Baptista providing back-up.

The rest of the side is expected to remain the same as the line-up which began Sunday's opening fixture at Arsenal.

Fulham (from):

Warner, Baptista,

Volz, Bocanegra, Christanval, Knight,
Rosenior, Pearce, Baird, Konchesky,

Diop, Dempsey, Davies, Smertin, Davis,

Bouazza, John, McBride, Kamara, Healy.

Republic of Ireland defender Andy O'Brien is set to make his debut for Bolton against Fulham following his move from Portsmouth.

O'Brien could line up at the back alongside Abdoulaye Meite, who has recovered from a back problem.

El-Hadji Diouf looks set to win a recall to the starting line-up as strikers Kevin Davies (hamstring) and Ricardo Vaz Te (foot) are ruled out through injury.

Bolton (from):

Jaaskelainen, Al Habsi,

Hunt, Meite, Faye, O'Brien, Cid, Samuel,

Wilhelmsson, Nolan, Alonso, Speed, McCann,

Braaten, Harasayni, Diouf, Anelka, Helguson, Sinclair.
