Everton have agreed a £9.4m deal with Fulham to sign Kenny Tete.
Everton boss David Moyes wanted to sign the defender when his contract was expiring at Fulham last summer and came close, but Tete stayed.
Moyes wanted to sign a right-back as a matter of priority.
