BOLOGNA have confirmed that transfer of Pierre Wome to Fulham has been concluded.

The 23-year-old was in talks with The Cottagers all last week and now the Italians have confirmed the deal has been done.

"Bologna can confirm that the agreement with Fulham Football Club for the transfer of Pierre Wome has been completed," the Serie A outfit announced.

The Cameroonian international is thought to be on his way to Fulham on a year's loan with a view to a permanent deal.

Wome is likely to be unveiled by Fulham next week - when on Tuesday they ironically face Bologna in the first leg of their InterToto Cup final.
