Fulham defender AAron Hughes is in line to return from injury for Saturday's trip to the Hawthorns.
The Fulham defender has missed the past three games with a knee problem, but boss Martin Jol is hopeful the Northern Irishman will recover in time to face the Baggies.
Jol will ring the changes from the side which pushed Chelsea all the way in the Carling Cup on Wednesday night, with Brede Hangeland, Danny Murphy, Damien Duff and Clint Dempsey returning to the starting XI after being rested.
However, the Whites boss is still without the injured Dickson Etuhu (thigh), Bjorn Helge Riise (groin) and Andy Johnson (ankle).
