Player description
Tyrese Francois can operate in a number of positions across the midfield. Hails from Australia and his family currently reside in the U.K.
Not the most physical, however makes up for it with excellent technical ability and skill. He has a lot of pace on and off the ball, and is very alert in and out of possession.
In the 2017/18 season, he made 18 appearances for the Young Whites with a pass accuracy of 86%. He created 32 chances and notched up 152 recoveries.
Francois featured twice for the First-Team in friendlies against Southampton FC, impressing both times from the bench. He was one of several youth teamers who travelled to Murcia for a mid-season tour in 2018.
He trained with the senior squad following the return to football in the Summer of 2020.
Francois came on as a 71st minute sub in the 2-0 home win against Sheffield Wednesday in the 3rd round of the League Cup in September 2020.
