Just as against Brentford the fans seemed to care more than the team . Totally embarrasing esp in first half . Highlight - at least this time we had one shot on target . Marco does'nt seem to be able to motivate the players . Maybe it is time for him to move on , with our thanks for his many achievements . Team needs replacements , desperate for central defender , left full back , creative midfielder and at least two forwards ,
Replies
Arsenal are trying to win the title so their motivation is greater than ours. They ran us off the pitch in the first half, relaxed in the second but were still the much better team. We have never won a League at Arsenal, that tells you something. We would have needed to play much better them and they would have play much worse than them us for us to win, the opposite occurred.

fever, cough, fatigue, headache, body aches, runny nose, and a sore throat. 'Er' Poor Robbo and team mates! Apparently, we have a virus in the camp and our poor brave warriors are stricken with it. DMK, Kevin, i am sure you guys have succumbed once or twice in your lives to the dreaded lurgy and we all know how it feels. I am willing to give our brave and tired warriors the benefit of the doubt and let this one go just this once with 4 games to go. All i want to say is the second half was much better than the first and if only Josh King could have buried that chance or lay the ball off more accurately, it would have lessened the deficit. I have to say this: our decision making especially in the last third is poor to say the least andJosh king isn't the most guilty, we make poor choices wnen clearing the ball from danger and against ball possession teams like Arsenal, they punish you. Forgive and forget i say and let's chalk this one off and move on to the next one because i am a nice guy and i know deep down all you guy's are nice guy's too. Have a good one, folks...

I agree even when you have had flue it is two weeks before you really fell well again. How many of those yesterday were recovering and how many were really fit. Certain people on this site just like moaning, I know it is a disappointment after that impressive win against Villa but there are good reasons.

That's a bit unfair, he didn't play badly at all. Bassey as usual was our man of steel. Luckily we played far better in the second half, otherwise we could have more goals in the against column.

We were over ran first half because a couple of players were not good enough. We played a top class side. And you all got to be at it. Reed been a great servant for club but not premiership class. We missed Iwobi and Berge defence over ran because no midfield apart from Lukic who was my MoM and Robinson is so poor this season. Never fought I would say rather have Sessegnon at left back who I like further forward but he’s been brilliant at left back this season great footballer

What decent fullback defends against a class winger with his hand behind his back. Why do Fulham bypass the midfield on so many occasions with aimless long balls? Does Marco not trust our midfield. Lesson to be learned from how Bournemouth play out from the back. ESR has got to take more risks and make defense commit - no use with a telepgraphed 5 meter side pass.

Tactically we should have played a back 5 with Diop brought in to beef up our defence and add height after all we all knew we would be defending for long spells in the match especially at the start with all the bravura ,supporter noise ,adrenalin , shouting and screaming from Arteta etc we needed to find a way a way of quieting them down but we failed miserably fortunately they switched off the second half thinking about Tuesday’s Champion League match can’t blame them I suppose

Well we know that the corrupt refs who earlier in the season would find any old excuse to make us lose are corrupt against west ham as well. Maybe a few clubs should split and form our own non corrupt league.
Replies
Ref was aweful, never wanted to give us any decision, but we were terrible first half. Even less than second best, only drew second half 0-0 because arsenal took their foot of the gas. We surrendered too easily and showed difference in class and ability. If we can get reasonable amount of money for Robinson, sell him on a liability at the moment, put in offer for Wolves left back. We totally lack midfielder who has an eye for a good pass and creativity, and as for upfront absolutely nobody. I don’t know what Cuenca has done not to get picked, as far as I’m concerned has not let us down when picked.

Forgive and forget the shockers Robbo has dished up lately after his time out through injury. Robinson is still one of the quickest around and he showed signs of his quickness in the latter stages of the game against Villa and the clearance from the danger from Villa was snuffed out by the quick Robinson. We will need his speed tomorrow down that left side to snuff out the dangerous Saka. Castagne had one of his best games coming forward against Villa but he will need help defending and i think Marco will pay attention down our vulnerable right side. I genuinely wouldn't worry about Muniz, Chuckweze, or Oscar Bobb and personally i would play them. Marco did a great job with our misfiring youngsters after the Villa game and i really think that his arms round the shoulder talk will inspire confidence. We have talent and we just need to fire the engine and gel the cogs together in perfect harmony. We all know we can do it. We can lose six or seven on the bounce but we know deep down that Fulham will turn up sooner or later in this game or the next. Let's give a clappers hand that our A game day is tomorrow.

Can everyone stop moaning about the potential new manager and lets get back to the brass tacks - do we have a chance of giving Man City the title by getting a point tomorrow? Silva or no silva it seems we have a goalscoring problem at the minute. In April we managed 1 goal form Sess. I know Harry is probably off to Villa so his head is not in the game. Raul is also likely off. I want conference league but without gifting the league to citeh can't see it happening...

Will he stay if we get in Micky mouse cup. Marco says it will make known difference one way or other. If you’re gonna aim for a cup, at least get in Euros. Roy Hodgson did have a bigger squad early rounds Smalling and Baird played CB Kelly RB . Pantsill Hangeland and Hughes all busy in premiership most of our first team played later in competition. It hardly hurt our premiership matches. Our run to final is very underrated. When you hear bigger clubs with bigger squads moaning. Fulham deserved much more praise

We can beat Arsenal if we can cover them as well as we did against Villa. We must avoid free kicks and corners as far as possible and be aware of of what they do when we can't. We must negate their dangerous wingers as well. If we play as well as we did against Villa we can beat anyone.

There is most likely a few twist and turns yet before the title race is decided. If not Fulham who upsets Arsenal or City, it will be somebody else. Marco Silva seems to pay more attention to the big matches and it will be a cracker of a game win lose or draw. A win for Fulham will do more for Marco's CV more than we know and a win will hit the spot just like 007 James Bond timing for Marco and it will most likely propel him towards that move he craves but such is life.

I have more chance of winning the lottery, than us picking up even 1 point tomorrow, as it is do or die match for Arsenal, as they just can't afford not to beat us. Hopefully we will put up a good show, come away without any injuries, and then carry on to win our next three games against, Wolves, Bournemouth and Newcastle, not impossible if we play to our potential. If we do, we will certainly be on the fridge of a European spot of sorts. COYW.

Fulhan is now a established Premiership club. Do you lot want to go back to being a Yo Yo Club? I'd rather have Thomas Frank, he did well at Brentford, although he has himself never been an estabished leage footballer. Erik Ten Haag, the Dutch former Manager of Manchester United, but I do not hold that against him. He led his Ajax side to the semi finals beating Real Madrid. Joachim Lo, the former manager of Germany or Jon Dahl Tommason, former Manager of Blackburn FC, Roda FC and the Swedish national team 2024/25.

I suppose, following a series of clear failures in appointing managers, that the Chelsea owners could change their business outlook, but at the moment there seems no clear reason why any manager already doing a good job with their present clubs would chance their arms at Stamford Bridge. I suppose if the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern, Barcelona or Arsenal were to call, then that might turn Silva’s or Emery’s head. But Chelsea? - no, I can’t see it.

It's called 'keeping your options open' and i think Marco is playing it like this. The problem for Marco Silva is i don't think he is at his strongest without Boa Morte and i say this for a number of reasons. Our lack of cutting edge in crucial games this season is a problem but who cares, we are over the line and safe. Our expectations and goals are different from Chelsea who will expect higher and better things. Marco has never reached that next level and not saying he can't or he won't but it would be a gamble if Marco takes charge at Chelsea. We are safe for another season so there is no reason to put pressure on Marco to get more from our squad because we are the nice Fulham. 5 years is a long time in the managerial stakes and i am not sure Marco has the appetite to continue? I really think that Marco is waiting for a call from Chelsea or who else is out there and he will weigh his options up, stay or go? The Khans have been decent overall and i think that if Marco signs his contract, he will get further funds to his liking. The nucleus is all there with the likes of Josh, Rowe, Kevin, etc, they are all young talent. We wouldn't have too much of a problem to get a decent manager to work with these guys, we are good to go with or without Marco Silva. Why worry yourselves.

We have a manager who can turn ordinary players into good one, they are a rare breed and it will be very difficult to replace him. Fulham make him an offer he can't refuse and and two windows of buying really good players that should change us forever. Khan must also agree to develop the rest of the ground so we can get a minimum capacity of 40,000. We do not sell our best players for profit anymore so we must take the next steps that make us a top four team.

Hi Soccer dudes, I’m currently crowdfunding a new soccer initiative and was hoping you guys would like to invest in it. It’s called the DSL, Dwarves Super League. I’m hoping to get the Green Party to make a manifesto pledge to make it compulsory for all teams to field a little people squad. All football broadcasts regardless of height will have at least one dwarf expert to give their tactical nous on the day’s matches. Wembley will have to host tiddler internationals and cup finals, although it may take a while for the little legs to get up the steps to shake hands with the Prince of Wales it won’t be as long as a VAR decision. So dig deep, this is the next women’s football, you can’t miss this opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

Winning football matches is about putting the ball in the net. No matter how well you play if the opposition defends well and scores you loose. The "best" team frequently lose because of the way you win matches. The manager of Man U has told his players that and they have taken it to heart.

For the first time in my life, I didn't even bother to watch the two semi-finals this weekend, as I am bored to death with a couple of the top clubs being in the final again. Wouldn't it be great if a couple of the lesser clubs, shared a bit of a Wembley final glory. Chelsea, I believe has been in 12 FA Cup finals, and we have only been in one. With both City and Chelsea, being involved in financial troubles, without any points deductions, they shouldn't be there at all. This is a Cup Final, with no appeal whatsoever.

I am in agreement with Craven, and I think that this seasons cup final is almost a non event. I'm even rather surprised that it is not being played during an afternoon of Premier League matches. When I was younger the final was the pinnacle of the season, after all the league games were over, and the TV covered the game from early morning till well after the game was over. Over the weekend just gone, we actually had a semi-final being played, at the same time, as a rather important Premier League match. Along with many fans, I was another one who watched the Arsenal game in preference. That, who ever was responsible, was extremely badly planned in my opinion. The final will no doubt be a very one sided affair, as Chelsea, are a very poor team at the moment, and will probably be thumped by City. All rounds of the FA Cup this season, has been marred by so many changes by most clubs, especially our own, so has the trophy lost it's glamour ?

Didn’t Palace win it last season?? That could easily have been Fulham. FA cup has been dominated by the best teams since the introduction of three subs allowing a slow or poor start to a game against lesser mortals to be recovered by bringing on the big guns.

This is not going to be popular. Iwobi has been one of our best players all season. He’s a great workhorse, never loses the ball and chip in with the odd goals. He’s the player all the players (like Cairney in his youth) look to pass the ball. Maybe that’s our problem. We look lol a proper team, all players involved, when he is not playing. We were a great team over Christmas when Iwobi was at the AFCON. Yesterday, we rediscovered some of that even though Villa are probably a better team man for man. is Iwobi our problem?? The players depending too much on him? What do you think?

Marco tries to impart belief in every player that their skill makes them special. I agree Iwobi is very consistent so are most of our other players who make us a special team achieving well above our expected level. You only had to watch Match of the Day they complimented us for winning but believed we should not have won because we are only Fulham. If we get into Europe it will only because the teams who should have been there let the media down.

You are right, JohnC. Your opinion that maybe Alex Owobi isn’t really going to be missed if he’s not on the team sheet isn’t popular with the 25,000 odd who regularly attend at Craven Cottage.

Not enough long term data with or without Iwobi for my liking and i would rather we have Iwobi who looks like he knows what he is doing at all times. I think our biggest problem at the moment is the likes of Oscar Bobb, and King etc who struggle in the final third which adds to our wasteful problems. If our young guys learn to lay off chances in good areas our games against the Villa's and top teams would be made easier. Chukweze who i think is our best of them also makes too many wrong decisions in good areas which is a shame and a waste. Those stats about Iwobi is small change compared to our wasteful final third stats...
posted by OWEN - Sunday 26th April 2026, 7:51 PM

Completely disagree. When Iwobi lays well, Fulham play well BUT, only when he is played in the correct position. At Inside left (yeah, I know I'm old) he is involved, influential and brilliant. When Marco plays him on the wing, he is invisible for much of the game. HE is not the problem, it's his positioning that doesn't work.

Since the days before he left us for Spurs ,Sess has a great Sniff of being in the right place at the right time. Yesterdays goal is a clear example. If Robbo can get back to speed,id like to see Sess pushed further up on the left and he being the one who puts the cross in or is on the receiving end. Im sure he would be much more productive,

I eat humble pie today and marco and tactics were spot on! Who would have thought that we could outsmart Villa? Our whole team worked hard from the get go and maybe a better first half than second but who cares. Castagne found space and used it brilliantly today and did you notice for the Sessegnon goal that we had 4 players in the penalty box which gives us more options and chances. How many times do we shout, cross the ball, put it in the penalty box instead of laying it off again and again! Great goal from Sess who kept his composure to score a wonderful goal after signing his new one year deal. One year can you believe it? At age 25 a footballer signing for one year? He deserves a longer contract i say! Chuckweze didn't have his best game and second half Bobb and Josh are still a bit green behind the ears but you know what? None of these little details matter much because Marco did something extra today. Did you notice him talking to Chhuckweze, a hand around Bobb and shoulder etc. Marco was doing an extra round of his managerial duties and just being nice to everyone team wise which was very nice of the great man. I say great and eat humble pie because Marco was ten out of ten today and he shows that he cares and he is passionate about this club. I see everyones point about Bobb and Josh not being very effective and there is a lot to learn and Marco Silva sticking around will help these guys to thrive and grow into confidence. We are wasteful in the final third and this is one of our biggest problems this season but if Marco stays and there is every chance he will, we will get better. Even Robinson with his little cameo run first to the ball in the 80 something minute was brilliant and that makes the difference when we defend a 1-0 win. It takes everyone switched on even to the end to grind out a win against an experienced Villa side. I am jealous that Villa can have the luxury of Abraham who missed a chance when coming on and we need another striker in the summer and that's a fact. It looks like the fall guy will be Jimenez because of his age and muniz will be spared but we really need an experienced striker and so does half a dozen prem teams. Andersen was the MOTM for his blocks mainly. Why did our second goal get ruled out? Not enough of a foul on the keeper in my opinion and var should have given a goal but it is what it is.

We have been trying to get a decent striker since Mitro left, but do we need to. Arsenal have replaced a decent striker with tactics. They score a third of their goals from corners and free kicks. We should find better ways of scoring from free kicks. The tactics we used yesterday of putting our defensive line outside the box and and closing Villa down worked because they have ordinary wingers. Arsenal have fast and skill wingers so giving some much space on the wings will not work. If Marco can find the right tactics and the players understand they and want to follow them we can win.

I can see you have been giving this some serious thought, TTIN, but I don’t your think your conclusion that Arsenal make the best of their team by scoring one way rather than another is especially convincing. I think that storing from set pieces AND from open play should be equally possible. Why not? I think that this merely illustrates how Arsenal haven’t really found a class forward yet, and someone more clever than me has pointed out that none of their forward line is up for any award. By the same token I have been disappointed by Fulham’s lack of success at set pieces. They don’t too often represent any threat at all.

Looking at the remaining fixtures, Brentford have a nightmare games, Bournemouth and palace have tough games and they are playing each other. Brighton have the easiest game and probably in best form. Apart from Arsenal, we should have 3 winnable games. So it’s down to to us to get at least 7th place, which is good enough for Europe, potentially Europa. COYW. I thought that in the short period that he was on, I thought Bobb looked OK. I was quite impressed with the way that we played today, against one of the best teams in the Premier League, and two blank sheets in two weeks against normally high scoring opponents were terrific results. Despite some really lovely football at times, like most clubs we desperately need a striker of class. Muniz, I'm sorry to say, just doesn't have the class enough for a European chasing club.

It's been a while since our last win against Spurs and maybe it will be Aston Villa today when we sluggards shake off our sleepy laggared selves and look lively i say, and there is no finer day and place like the Cottage to show ambition and maybe a sneak-peak look at a Euro spot. On the official website Marco seems very pleased that Ryan has signed a new contract, and Marco says that he is so pleased that he is going to stay with us. I try to understand why King Trump wants to punish the UK. But i can not understand for sure. Mr Starmer is only doing things legally and morally correctly regarding Iran. However, it is a fact that Mr Trump, as he was known back then, was seen at the World Cup match between England and Argentina whispering into Glenn Hoddle's ear, and Glenn Hoddle was frantically gesticulating to the players on how to arrange the wall. Well from that free kick, Argentina scored from loose marking from that wall. Therefore, I can only conclude that given Trumpy Dumpty and his wall, that Trumpty Dumpty has always been a friend of Argentina. Dumpty was later to go after Mexico with a wall. But don't take my word for it....ask Wall Street.

There should be no contract extention for Raul, as good as he as been age like time cannot be stopped. Harry Wilson seems to have dried up at a cricial time, perhaps his mind is elsewhere. Looks like Marco is not high up Chelsea’s list of wanted managers. Apart from Europe, I don’t think there’s much left for Marco in the premier league. Perhaps Newcastle if they sack Howe. But otherwise, if Marco want to stay in the premier league, staying at Fulham is his only option. Why would he want to go to Palace or Bournemouth. No seats left in the top 6. I just wish he makes up his mind now than to see if he has a better option. As said before, I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to cry either if he chooses to leave. Fantastic manager and Fulham ever grateful to him but he has his weaknesses too.
Replies
Along with most of us, I do wish Marco would make up his mind whether to go or stay, as it's now becoming a very irritating, will he won't he stay. Like any sensible manager, he should avoid both Spurs and Chelsea, unless he wants a contract with a short term lifeline, but a big, big, pay out. There is an interesting vacancy at Bournemouth, which might suit Marco, but with gates of only around 11,000, I can't see him jumping into thst one. Of course the big question is, if he does decide to stay, will we end up once again with a flying start, and finish the season in t h e usual boring stalemate. If he stays, then we need a new and experienced coach, to take a lot of the weight away from him.

Chief, you have a good point there , and I am wondering if that was the reason that he was at the Brentford match last weekend. I know that he was a failure at Spurs, but for Spurs, that is nothing out of the ordinary. I have a suspicion, that the Khan's already know that Marco is off, and it has already been arranged that Frank takes over in June. It's not a bad shout really, as he is a mid-table manager, not a European challenging manager, but with his now hard earned experience of both the ups and downs of the Premier League he just might be the right choice. Opinions please.

Good post John C. Chelsea are not daft! Marco in 6-7 games as demonstrated that he has no end product with this Fulham team. Have you guys not been watching us lately? Just look at how much talent we have out there and yet we can't string two good moves together and finish with goals. Those top teams want results and goals and at the moment we don't look like we can score in a local park game. To go 5-6 games goalless for Spurs Chelsea etc is curtains for most managers and Marco i think will have to up his game and show more than Rosiner who was out of his depth.

Surely we can up our ambitions higher than Thomas Frank? No disrespect to him but i think Marco has his measure and we beat them more times than they beat us, i think i am right? I think Marco's wages are around the 6 million mark and if we can pay that much, why not go for a higher profile manager. Maybe try for Nagellsmann or someone in that speck.

Confirms my gut feeling, the general consensus is we all agree Marco may have taken Fulham to as far as he could. There’s no guarantee another manager can do any better as it could be just that this club have reached its peak. However, to make it more exciting we probably want a change. Otherwise, even if we start next season well, we cannot celebrate cos we know the way we play can only last just over half a season. So, for god sake, like Palace and Bournemouth just make a bloody decision!!

We have had some great goal keepers, i think most on this board would agree. Now, and please feel free to delete this post MST if it seems wrong. How about taking on a slightly less than able keeper which may in turn prompt our outfield players to become less complacent and less reliant on said keeper with the effect of raising their game somewhat? Im trying to help.

Marcos, there is a coaching and system and tactics and it is down to Marco Silva to coach them. Maybe Leno's greatest save in the Brentford game but i doubt he knew anything about it apart from putting out a hand instinctively.

Just heard news that Marco signed his new contract. That is great news for most fans but personally i want him to come with a plan B to get us playing fluid football with a cutting edge. Rosenior didn't have a plan B and there is no excuse with all the talent in the world on display at Chelsea. Can you imagine Marco and Chelsea going six games like what we go through? Marco Silva will be the wise man who stayed put and there is less danger of being sackedbecause he has done enough to secure our status in the prem for another season. I doubt the Chelsea lot would settle for middle for diddle.

He is a wingback which is very common these day. He is a decent defender and a talented attacker. The only problem is at times the only defenders are the centre backs, but that is better than having four static defenders.

Genuinely pleased to see Sess has signed an extension to his contract, only negative that it’s only for one year. Every club benefits from young players who wish to be with the club rather than the succession of journeymen who come and go without real loyalty. Just hope he will be used in the same manner as he was in the Mitro era.

Sad he left us too soon. Dec Reed was one of the few we had in reserve that was capable and dependable that we could bring him on and he would make a difference 9 times out of ten by scoring a goal when we needed something. Our poor record for subs coming on and making an impact is poor and we miss someone like him. Sadly, Reed and Leicester will most likely be relegated tonight. Dec Reed grew up and honed his football skills in the Bristol Academy next to my brothers lad who didn't go on to greater things to do with football. I have a picture of Reed and all the Academy graduates and the plan was to get him to sign it before he left Fulham but i was a bit slow on the uptake on that one, regrettably. We have not replaced Reed or i should say someone who can come on and make a telling impact when we are losing and that's a shame. Maybe we have someone and maybe it takes time to see guys like Oscar Bobb or Josh King develop into goalscorers. Chuckweze and Kevin could also thrive and improve. Time will tell but in the meantime, i think we will have to be patient.

Those of you who identified where the problem has been this season were bang on. Everyone worked hard. Even the forwards who we have did their best. But we need two worthy strikers, its easy end of story. Maybe lets start to look at some of these junior doctors.
Replies
I’m afraid the junior Doctors as you call them, Of course the club looks at them. But it’s a big jump from u21s to premiership, and none of the stokers we send on loan in Div 1&2 have set the world alight there and usually end up on the Bench. There is one Ollie Sanderson who has scored 19 goals for non league Woking. Who has struggled in div 1&2 loans Woking Manager Jermaine Defoe rates him. I know he works hard when watched him in our U21s. But that’s a big jump non league to premiership. And in the cup competitions were premierships clubs play lower league first teams even the top six youngsters struggle. Everyone moans that Marco Silva doesn’t try our youngsters, but he puts in the ones that are ready and we do seem to have some promising kids let’s hope they develop. Sadly in most clubs the percentage is low
posted by DMK (Guest) - Wednesday 22nd April 2026, 6:39 AM

My point is that junior doctors have shown the country how to strike. But well done for spotting the real meaning behind the poor joke. I love Fulham because we don't cheat, and try to play the game in the spirit of which it was intended to be played. Bringing in the youngsters when appropriate should be very much part of it. And unless I'm wrong it has been.

I got the two meaning fought it was clever way of doing it. And you’re right it’s a lovely club which mostly try to do things the right way, some may have different views. I’ve been a fan since I was eight. Worked for them for 21 years in stretcher team first team and some youth team matches very much a family club apart from the football was very interesting meeting all the different cultures

While that isn’t the main problem but while we been refreshing the team in the last few years, we again found ourselves with the oldest squad in the premier league. This is one of the reasons why as a squad, our season peters out in the final 3rd. Yes, we have young players to bring the average age down but like Muniz, he’s not adding much. We need a massive change this summer. We need to sell Robinson and Muniz to fund. We need a right back as Tete is a sick note. We need to sell Beth and maybe bring Palhinha back on the cheap. We need to kick Smith Rowe’s and Bobb’s arses. We need a new striker and happy to keep Raul as a back up. Basically, we need to spend another £100m!

Forecasting is very easy if you tell no one what you have forecast and claim what you knew after the event. We can all do that.

I'm sorry though. My sarcastic comments above maybe flawed. Of course just because you are able to predict everything does not mean you can alter the outcome. Maybe, just maybe the manager was in the same boat? Limited in his options with the squad as funded and maybe he did get more from the said squad than anyone else, even with amazing foresight would have been able to.

I think FFC should have signed Tammy Abraham, before Aston Villa got in, because he's starting to score goals in Birmingham now instead of London. There is no arguement that FFC should extend Raul's contract for another year. I doubt whether Harrry Wilson will depart for fields unknown, FFC and Harry are a perfect fit and that might not be the same elsewehere. MUniz is not up to the standard for the Premership and should be moved on, if he has not done it by now. WE NEED A PROVEN STRIKER WITH EXPERIENCE OF THE PREM. Bring back Harry Kane?

Yes' we should have signed or attempted to sign Abraham when he was available. It couldn't have been the money because we splashed out big on Kevin Bobb etc. Villa did not need Abraham but these days you need back ups. No to Jimenez because apart from penalties he is boring and too old now. I am still not happy with our team and direction and not too sure if Marco has a clue?
