There were justified doubts about Parker leading our team in the Premier League, not least his poor start to the season and his inexperience, why should we have a coach learning his trade at our great club? Supporters seem to be divided on Parker and that is understandable. We have now seen a little more of his abilities as a coach and his case I believe becomes less clear. He has pleasantly surprised how he has coached the team into a decent outfit BUT still the results and points tally are woeful. Last nights game was also a big disappointment, when we needed a performance it wasn’t there, but he knows that you could tell from his post match interview. The squad (not first 11) is clearly not good enough and perhaps Parker is not to blame for that, and it seems in this transfer window a decent strong quick striker is not going to happen and that is not Parker’s fault. I do think Parker will become a decent coach but it will be too late to save this season and I think the blame for this lay with TK and not necessarily Parker as he wasn’t given the full toolkit prior to the season. Parker will not be sacked even if we are relegated and keeping him might not be a bad thing, after all what is the alternative? The jury is still out on Parker’s abilities as a coach.

I do hope we handsomely beat WBA then all the reactionary criticism will change to praise and talk of renaissance. Opinion is a very shallow thing on this site

TTIN opinion might be shallow in your eyes but certainly Joka’s Revenge has refrained from making judgements on a weekly basis. Surely, you need to do the same, if we win against WBA you will be crowing about Parker but then we lose two and you moan about the Parker moaners. We get that you like Parker but if nothing else look at the facts we are in the bottom three with a pitiful points tally, if our fortunes don’t change dramatically we will be relegated.

I just don’t get it why Tony Khan is to blame for everything we only had a very short period of time to prepare our squad for getting back to the premier we are in unprecedented times and it is also not easy signing players in this window I believe we are very fortunate to have the khans behind our club they have backed the management with lots of new players since they have been in charge it is not easy coming up from the championship with Scott and the khans I think we have a good team let’s get behind them

Normally the team that come up through the playoffs is a 50/50 bet to go down. This season it must have been odds on we would go down with so little time to get a team and get it to play like a Premier League team. If we stay up Parker will have achieved that against all the odds. If we go down it will be no more than most people expected before we kicked a ball.

Do you Honestly see us beating WBA Handsomely??? Did you watch the woeful performance yesterday against a side who cant win at home. We were clueless without a shot on target until 56 minutes. The Upset by true Fulham fans is that on this form and with this manager we are in deep deep trouble and very likely to be relegated. We haven't won a premier match since November and are unlikely to score goals even if they gave us seven penalties start. Fans are getting upset for a real reason so unless you can see something I cant you need to get real.

TTIN, defeatist attitude again, we must strife to stay in this league just as many teams have done in the past having been promoted from the Championship. There should be no reason why we can't compete in this league if the Board and Parker get their act together. Supporters can and will rightly moan if they don't.

Jim, there is a fine line where the blame lay regarding our poor start to the season but certainly some blame must lay with TK. We all knew the squad was light going into the season, the club has scouting networks across most areas and this should have started to identify targets even before we won the play off match. We went into the season despairingly lightweight proclaiming the team that got us promoted would be good enough and making too many changes would not be good, what a load of rubbish that was and was ripped up soon after but the damage was already done and which is why we are in the predicament we are now. How much say Parker had in this debacle we do not know, so in that absence the blame lay with TK, in fact the blame should lay with TK because he is the decision maker.
