Go to Liverpool and play two lightweight front players and a Centre Forward who cant hold the ball up. Robinson was shocking. Making it impossible to win the game. Castagne needed help, did he get any? Corners were a disgrace for a pro club, so many clearing everybody, why get Robinson forward when he is incapable of delivering any quality. The only set piece coach we have is what the supporters sit in it at the oppos ground. Amateurish is an insult to teams who play in Amateur football.

If only Smith Rowe had placed that ball in a bit better, we would have made time for the Alamo and a grand finish. They settled on 2-0 and we should have pushed them harder. Marco didn't play his best team, from the get-go, that was obvious but we looked a better balanced team in second half. Maybe Sess also would have been a better option earlier? We don't have enough experienced players in the midfield area to link the ball up field and at right back i still think that Castagne is our weakest link.

Nothing I can disagree with DMK, spot on really. All things considered it could have been far worse and I thought we acquitted ourselves quite well . Tete in the team and the subs as starters we could have made much more of a fist of it. Need a link man and Sess should start , if needs be playing in front of Robinson who needs support defending and should be relieved of crossing duties. I thought Lukic and ESM made an enormous difference. All in all okay but could have done better.

I have been involved in horse racing, for the most of my life, and I actually had a relative who was a top jockey, who loved all of his horses in his stable. Unfortunately there are accidents, but considering how many races there are there are each year, the fatalities are very rare. I presume MST, that you are a vegetarian, as cows, pigs, and sheep don't have the luxury life that a horse has, before they are slaughtered for you to eat. You have a point Jim, I think that although the standard is lower, the Championship is far more entertaining and competitive. The standards are quite obvious, as Southampton, who were pretty awful in the Premier League, are at the moment tearing it up in the Championship, and gave the so called high flying Wrexham, a 1-5 beating tonight, and are on a 17 game unbeaten run, which of course includes both us and Arsenal, who underestimated the Saints, by fielding weaker sides in the FA Cup. If the are promoted, in the play offs, they will find the Premier League, a different ball game.

Does this mean that there is little difference between the Premier League, and the Championship, and in my opinion, the answer has got to be a resounding, no. Of course teams like ourselves, Brentford, Villa, Bournemouth and at present Leeds, have knocked the trend of a quick return to the Championship, but none of us, have gone on to challenge for the title. No, it's always a great season, if we meet that 40 point mark, and those 40 points, are our trophy for the season. Coventry looked odds on to win the Championship title this season, but they, along with whoever are promoted with them, and I include Southampton, in that, if they do make it, will be looking down this time next season, along with this seasons surprise, Sunderland as well. Once again our trophy will be a mid table finish. Overall, the Championship, although quite entertaining, and very competitive, does not compare in any way with the Premier League.

I thought when we went covid everyone would realise how important is in important to wash your hand properly and often, that means with lots of soap washing ever part of you fingers and hand thoroughly for 5 minutes. Toilets are one of the dirty places you can go as lots of people go into the same place full of all sort of infections that they have left on everything they have touched. Running cold water on your hands for 5 seconds does nothing.

Both were unlucky to be relegated with an average of 1.3points per game!! Least successful was world-cup winning manager Magath, only managed 0.8 point per game (albeit he didn't last the full season). p.s. not a historian but if i was, AI has already made me redundant!!

Marco has not fully gotten our talent to work the midfield or even to get young players to work in cohesion together properly. Marco has not manage to get the best from Smith Rowe, Josh King, Muniz, etc. etc. We are nearly there but not quite the team we could be for a long while now. Maybe the loss of Boa Morte was a problem too far that creeps up on us? I just can't put my finger on it but we are just getting by and yes 40 odd points but it is always Harry Wilson who is keeping us honest. What if no Wilson who will be gone soon? We don't want a genius we just need a manager that can get our midfield working and flowing together and the near misses with countless chance after chance and non-productive build-ups make those chances into something productive. Get Jose Mourinho in or somebody rated who can finish a team. This Fulham team is not quite reaching its potential end of.

Like all other team their best players will leave as they will not want Championship football or wages. So Spurs will be left with their ordinary players and will have to build on that. It will be not be anymore easy for Spurs any more than any other team. Spurs are a historically top team now and their will want to get up quickly but will also not want to lose to much while in the Championship. That is the problem any relegated team has.

There will be a lot of players up for grabs, whoever goes down, but we will always be priced out of the bidding, as we just don't have the money or the impetus of a European campaign. So unless we lose some of our better players, we stand very little chance of being involved in the bidding, so a bit of ducking and diving will be coming in this summers transfer fiasco's.

He was a gentle giant, and when I did my national service, I actually played in the same team as him. He was with Norwich at the time. Ah memories.

Crap first half but good for Wilson that he performed and scored in front of the boss and it's 3 points and a win win for Marco Silva. There is more chance of an improved contract for both now more than ever. If Harry Wilson still doesn't sign and he runs down his contract, the writing is on the wall.

I wonder if this wrong‘un has a car. Labour councillor who sent a nude video of himself to a police officer, who he believed to be a 13-year-old schoolgirl, has been spared a jail term. Liron Velleman, 31, sent messages on an online chatroom and Snapchat to the “girl”, discussing sex acts and urging her to send pictures of herself wearing a dressing gown, pyjamas, and a bra and crop top. Velleman used the alias “Tim Graham 95” to send the messages, which culminated in him stripping down to his underwear for a picture and then sending a video of his penis.
posted by Paddy O’Doors (Guest) - Saturday 21st March 2026, 2:42 PM What is conveniently lost in all this is the fact that not only are big oil companies profiteering but that about 60% of the price of petrol and diesel is tax. When prices go up so does government revenue. If you’re paying another 50p per litre, HMRC gets 30p with a portion being VAT. There shouldn’t be VAT on any fuel, especially things like heating oil.
