A big gap is developing between the bottom 3 and the rest. I know we played well but as Cardiff owners said, it’s a results business. The positives could quickly turn to negatives. The half glass full could turn into half empty. The decent performance could also be we haven’t won a premier league game since November, and longest unwinning run. I am very concerned! Our next two games in the premier league will very decide our fate. If we lose both we are down. If we win both we have a chance. We also need a bit of luck. I am very concerned.

I agree John' and what is even more worrying is our lack of finishing in front of goals. Can you believe it' we are creating more than enough chances to get draws or even win, but our lack of clinical discipline is becoming a problem and could be more psychological? Maybe Mitrovic can find some form in the next 2 league games and before our new striker gets up to speed. I am assuming that we will get a striker?

Surely Mitro has to be a better choice than Cavaleiro,no matter what system Scottie is using.Cav does his best but he's dreadful,he struggled in the championship last season so why did anybody think he could succeed in the Premier ?

After the Cup Brighton and WBA.
Need 4/6 points
If we go down who cares - championship is far better league. Man U game we are not mentioned on BT and Pogba kicks Reid in the head and red ignores it but Antonee was sent off for similar.
Hate the bias and fake reporting

Ha ha I wondered how long it would take for the old "the championship is better" morons to come out. At any rate Phil you'll get your wish, sadly, and I mean sadly, we are on the way back down.

John, we are not down if we lose two games with 18 still to play at that point. Seriously, get a grip; we are not relegated until it is mathematically impossible to stay up.
Newcastle are in free fall, Wolves are by no means safe and we have a game in hand on both. Burnley smashed and grabbed last night and I truly believe that Fulham's first choice defence is better than that Liverpool fielded last night. Burnley v Fulham will be a different game all together and I am expecting a 0-0 and a bit of a blood bath. West Brom v Fulham will be a very nervy affair but I still expect us to come out on top by the odd goal. Brighton play similar to Fulham and I expect us to narrowly lose that game unfortunately. I am expecting 4 points from those three games but I am not expecting Newcastle to get more than one point from their next three but who knows!
It's a weird season and there are many more twists and turns to happen and I wouldn't put us past winning games we had no right to win. Keep the faith ;0)

Agree MST, but we must start picking up wins quickly or we will be cut adrift and then it becomes an impossible situation. Games against Brighton and WBA are really must wins and are likely to define our season. Those games will be a real test to see how good Parker is.

I am just going by the points we are accumulating. Not enough and we’ve been playing well. I 100% hope we will not lose our next two/three games. And if we do, pressure will be immense but agree we still have a chance. But we need an amazing 2nd half of the season.

We have played well enough to win quite a few games, but we shoot ourselves in the foot every time. Our inability to convert good chances, plus throw in the odd individual error and we loose the game. The Premier League is unforgiving and all teams make their own luck. Look at Burnley last night. Dean awarded a penalty after Barnes had already taken his shot and missed and he was not going to score. Well if your luck is in , so be it.
I'm afraid Parker does not recognize that you can't keep playing against 11 men with 10 and until he does, nothing will change.

One of the joys of prem top six get all the press. And the breaks. Even var seems to work against us the only thing the boys can’t fiddle is offside black and white you are even on or your not regardless what part of you anatomy is sticking out !!!!fouls pens. Still the same a human being gives his opinion and another one disagrees might as well let the ref decide !!!
