A word of caution -
Knockaert, Cavaleiro, Decordova-Reid, Reed and Arter are all on loan.
From what I've seen, these are all players that we want permanently going forward. I just hope we put up a fight to sign these players as their loan periods come towards an end. Hopefully we've learned from previous mistakes. Targett & Kallas come to mind.

As I understand it Den all will convert from loan to permanent at the club's discretion for an amount previously agreed. In other words, we get to keep them if we want them. If we don't want them they get returned to their parent club. Consider them as being on a one season trial.

Was thinking the same as Den, these are good players and we can't afford to lose them., so Ariis letter hopefully clears things up!

Watched the Derby game via Sky sport, which covers all the midweek championship games. Not very impressed , poor commentator, poor camara coverage no replays of goals or near misses etc.Surely Sky can do better!

If we don't get promoted, we are sort of on trial.
The question is, will they sign if we stay another season in the Championships? That same question goes for Mitro too...

You say you want them permanently going forward but as midfielders I'd like to see them tracking back a bit as well

Whilst a bit basic,Sky Sports red button coverage is a bonus for me. Feels a bit like being there with no replays and one camera.

Problem is now that we have to win 3 games and wba and leeds have to loose 3 before we got a chance to swop places , some thing I cant see happening, so will have to go for the play offs and so keep up the pressure, there are sure to be many changes in second half of season for play offs but not for top two.

Arch a quick word...can you not be a little bit more bloody optimistic I mean all we get from you is doom, doom and more doom - so much so you're getting to sound like Private Fraser.

Yes , but we have to play leeds twice and WBA once. The Leeds victories would put us in second place.
How's that for confidence.

This has been my concern all season with appointment of Parker. We have put together a very ambitious talented squad for the season. Likely making promises that we will go straight back up with all clauses about permanent moves dependent on that. If we do not go straight back up many of these players will leave and we will be building a 4th squad in 5 years. I think if we had a manger with experience, any managerial experience whatsoever (not an unreasonable quality to expect from your manager), we would be running away with the league. We are incredibly fortunate that everyone around us has also dropped 20+ points in the first half of the season - our league position is flattering to say the least. But, good few results we have had so let’s hope we are 3 wins into a 30 game unbeaten run.

Apart from you last comments may I suggest you room up with Arch

You are expressing the same concerns like i do Ashley. Fulham fans need to realise that if promotion fails, we are in deep doo-doo concerning loan players and i think we can put Mitrovic into the mix here. Management is all about timing for me and the fixtures from now on and after xmas is important to Parkers stay or get rid in my opinion.
It sounds cold-blooded but needs must. If we get the right results and we are in contention, then we must roll with Parker. They say experience counts in all this so if needs be, we must bring in someone to finish the job or try too. I also think that the Khans plans rest on a strong promotion back to the prem so they will have the last word on this debate...

Dave where do you watch matches, do they show you replays after a goal? Best you don’t go to a live match then, no commentary and no replays. It’s a bonus to be able to watch if you can’t get to the match, also the commentator did say they were struggling because the riverside stand is no longer there for sky to set up equipment.

Jesus, that's it, I am off to Marbella to get some positivity! Can I remind all of the doom mongers, that this has been our best start for so many years and far better than the year we went up!

If you and MW1 get together I'd be surprised if you weren't both deported. Might think about joining you though for a run ashore.

Deportation because of very bad jokes I would imagine!

Gaz Followed FFC for well over 40 years and would still love to still be able to watch them but have a crippling illness and can't even get to the front gate.
Did enjoy watching the lads but still feel Sky could do better- just my humble opinion!

Dave' not too sure about the ins and outs how sky show games, but i think they only show replays on the featured games on the night. I am guessing that games through the red button will have less features and no adverts etc. There will be a pause and a red screen at half-time and they only click on for 2nd half. Courtesy of the red button. Not sure if the Swansea game is the featured on Friday?
There should be a better coverage if featured...

Sure your right Owen, and look forward to the " full monty " for the Swansea game.

Cheers Bruv, things are what they are, lots of folk half my age have twice the problems. But do I miss walking through the park on match day- you bet
And whilst it's good to see the lads on TV there is nothing like the atmosphere of being there ,
