Can someone please reassure me that Tony Khan knows what he is doing with the appointment of a new manager?
I'm worried.

Suspect we would have a lot more to worry about if the Khan family stopped funding the club to the tune of 1.4 million pound a week.
Think we should count ourselves luck we have such a generous owner and wait and see what happens with the new manager. Let's face it, the World Cup is on and the players not involved in that are probably on holiday anyway.

MGW is right with his comment. Buying players or picking a Manager is not easy there all humans it’s a complex job to get the right fit. We’ve got good ones and bad that’s life. If Big clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea Spurs etc with all there finances can get it wrong of course we can to, so we have every right to worry I’m sure the Khans are they wanted Marco to stay. But after building a lovely new stand and putting lots of money into the club. I’m sure there trying hard to get the right Person

I blame Silva for not being completely honest with Khans. He’s clearly decided to leave after Christmas if a better offer came along. We could all see it so not sure why the Khans didn’t.

There’s undiscovered tribes in Africa that knew silver was leaving months ago. Even if not sure there should have been a shortlist that had been contacted to gauge their interest. Shocking mismanagement by the friends of Sadiq Khan.

I must admit I had a lot of faith in Marco, ,as I think that overall, he did a pretty good job for us at Fulham, until the last part of the past season, when it was quite obvious that he had lost interest, and both us and the club suffered from his non interest. It now seems that he messed about with the board with his will he won't he stay situation, and he gave them the impression that he would stay, then very late decided that Fulham wasn't for him any longer, and off he went. Personally I will never forgive him for that, as he should have given the board his decision far earlier. We are now at the stage, with the fixtures coming out tomorrow, in limbo, with no manager being appointed. Other clubs who have lost their managers have already settled to a new manager/coach, but here we are again, miles behind the eight ball. It looks like TK, has whittled it down to two choices, but we are still guessing who those two are.

I agree with most of the comments below - zero contingency planning in the event of Silva’s exit is frankly shocking mismanagement. A deadline should have been set for Silva to decide at the end of March. Now we are scrapping about and time is marching on. I strongly suspect next season will be a struggle. Frankly, Tony Khan interviews do not convince me he knows a whole lot about football.

What it does say is everyone in the Club thought Silver would stay then Benfica came with a offer he could not refuse. It also sound like a choice between two managerial candidates has to be made. We will have a new manager very soon.
