The supposed supporter who posted that women’s football would attract more supporters if they played topless disgusts me. How would he feel if women wanted men to play topless. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander
Replies
Perhaps the supporter was suggesting headless chickens. To be fair my sons under 15's would beat most Womens International teams. Mawson on way to Birmingham and Lemina retired from International football after being third African player to be discharged with heart lesions. His goal at Liverpool to be long remembered!

I think he was saying that women’s football is so mediocre and boring, that the only way to get male supporters would be for them to be topless.

Interestedly, to see police were called to the hotel where the Australian and English cricketers are staying. Other guests had complained of the noise being made by members of both teams boozing and causing a disturbance which had continued throughout the night until the police arrived. Whilst I can understand the Aussies celebrating it is inexcusable for members of our team joining in when they were a disgrace and not fit to represent the country. Sackcloth and ashes would have been more appropriate.

Seriously' Fulham are interested in signing Christian Eriksen. Sadly for him, Inter-Milan cancelled his contract because of the problems from his collapsed which is sad. Brentford are also interested in signing him, but it is up to Eriksen where he goes from here. Spurs have offered him training only. Eriksen is hooked up with inplants and a defibrillator what whatever else he needs to keep him going. I really don't know the details or how much he can push himself, But if Eriksen feels he is able to play football again, i don't see why not Fulham. Eriksen could be a massive influence especially to Tom Cairney and he might be able to stabilize our midfield and help us tick even better. It is good of Fulham to offer him a way back into football. GOOD OLE FULHAM!!!!!!
Replies
Good luck to Eriksen, but where does he fit in Fulham's needs exactly? We have a good enough squad to gain promotion, and next season a player who is ‘… hooked up with inplants and a defibrillator what whatever else he needs to keep him going’ just isn’t going to cut it in the Premier League.

The Bees keen on him as well. What about Phil Jones? Half a year in the second division to get back up to speed would serve him well. Might be worth a shot. Would pair well with Tosin. Sell Anguissa to fund it?

What about Phil Jones? Could use the second half of the season in the second division to get his legs back and then the prem next season. Would pair well with Tosin. Sell Anguissa to fund it? I know. Another injury risk. But we have to take some risks. We’re not exactly a prime destination, despite Owen’s high opinion of West London living. As for Eriksen, we all wish him the best, but just can’t figure out why risk your life to keep playing. Bees can have him.

They report they have two players in their huge squad with Covid and they get the match called off. If we had two players with the virus would the football league let us call the game off, I do not think so. It is rather like a the international breaks, because team loose a few players why are all the League games called off. No reason ay all as all team should have competent alternative players who play in the cups.

Not saying he is a loose cannon just out of the kamara school of thought, but i just think that kebano might just have found his feet adjustment and 'er' actually laced his boots up correctly at last! I sort of blamed covid the games before xmas for kebano misfiring shots over the bar and over-cooking passing balls in to mitrovic. to be honest, the same comments could apply to Robinson and a few more of our lads even before covid. Robinson has been more deftly in movement and passing and kebano scored a beauty that was worthy of a winner in the African nations cup. Maybe our guys have taken advice from king Ronaldo at utd? At least somebody is listening to you 'Ronnie'. 'Keep up the good work Kebano' and remember, 'practice makes perfect! Maybe we have found our 2nd striker that can stand in for Mitrovic at last. MORE GOALS PLEASE GUYS!!!!!!!!
Replies
Ok let's address all the issues in turn: Kebano is still misfiring, he missed his easiest chance for his hat trick. Robinson is marginally better than rubbish. He's quick... that's all I've got. His MO is straight out of the Scott Parker playbook, hare up the touchline, stop, and pass it backwards. I doubt he has more than one assist this season. Kebano's 2nd WAS a beauty and no, we haven't found our second striker yet, not Neeskins nor Muniz IMHO.

I thought Bristol City’s Semenyo, on Saturdays showing, would be a great addition. Don’t know if that was a one off performance or whether he regularly plays to that level. Definitely got serious ability.
posted by Duh (Guest) - Monday 17th January 2022, 9:31 AM

But here’s the crux…our current squad is far too good for the Championship but it is not good enough for the Premier League, the likes of Ream, Kebano, Cairney, even Wilson and Mitrovic just won’t cut it in the higher league so the real work needs to be done in the summer to give us a squad that will compete in the higher league.

Completely agree Duh, I too thought he was a class above the rest of them.

Wouldn’t necessarily disagree with your assessments but I would give Mitro a further tilt at the Premier League. I think he’s a vastly improved player and freed from the Parkerball system could do a lot better. He is a player who relies on service, something that was lacking in the Parker era and whilst he is unlikely to repeat his goal scoring feats of this season, surely he would be good for 10 maybe 20 goals a season. Who knows but interesting to get other views. I’d also give Harry Wilson his chance. Those 2 plus Semenyo, could be a force were it possible, at least against teams in the bottom half. Just idle speculation:)
posted by Realistic (Guest) - Monday 17th January 2022, 10:47 AM

One thing about Semenyo: he exposed our defence as being slow and never good enough for the the Premier. Especially the second goal was just a burst of speed from inside his half, leaving Ream & Co really toiling in his wake.

Semenyo is very inconsistent and a frustrating player to have on your team. I personally wouldn’t buy him or expect him to make it in the premiership. Realistically this window I guess we could get carrol to bring on from the bench. Maybe bring back Dan burn he has improved a lot since he left and has lots of premiership experience.

v.o.r: we havent got there yet but you are already writing mitro off!.in the previous two seasons, he was not played to his strengths, thats why he was ineffective. i know there will be changes, theres got to be some, but not mitro. with the right ones, he will prove he can cut it at the top level.
posted by kloset jill (Guest) - Monday 17th January 2022, 2:07 PM

I agree Bob' Kebano is not world class but he can only improve if he works at his game. I agree with point that Mitrovic didn't quite get the service and we didn't have the suitable players to help his game with Parker and prem. Don't be fooled into thinking that players from the Championship after one season in prem are failures. History tells us that plenty of players have returned to the prem and are successful. I wouldn't say hand on heart that Chris Woods is a cut above Mitrovic for all his 25 million transfer. 4 goals so far this season? Mitrovic can get much more by now surely? I think that what we have with this present squad is a squad that must be improved upon which is very obvious, but also players like Kebano will still make good squad players back in the prem. If Adoma Troare who is equivalent to the likes of some of our quick guys, he still cannot hit a barn door most days. I am sure with application and hard work, guys like Kebano can do it in the prem. remember, Parker didn't give some of our guys enough chances. I am one of the biggest critic of some of our players, but i feel they can improve if they want to...
posted by OWEN (Guest) - Monday 17th January 2022, 2:33 PM

Here we go again, too good for championship yet not good enough for the Premier league. We keep going down this road and it's why we're now a yo-yo club. Silva has this squad happy and firing on all cylinders again, why knock them now? When you have a team you must give them the chance to go on, not bring in mercenaries,as we have every time we've gone up. This squad is far better than a lot I've seen in the premier this season and I don't see any reason to start tearing it apart.A couple of additions maybe but no wholesale changes required. They look like earning their chance to me

Did mitro score. 11 goals in his first go in prem with us burnley just sold a player that averaged 10 a season by the way disregard last term he did not get much. Game time overall feel sure with backup he would give a reasonable return

it could also be the system/manager we had. Remembered, they played under Raneri and Parker. Both deployed negative system that is not suited to the players we have. I am confident if we can improve our defence, the way we are playing, we can also score against the bottom half teams in the premier league. Man City will be a good test in a couple of weeks time.

I was sorry but not surprised by Everton's sacking of Raffa. It seemed he was on a hiding from the start. He has been blamed for the poor performances, but there are 11/15 players that also need to look in the mirror tomorrow morning. It's a difficult job to do.
Replies
Rafa inherited a lot of players from the Ancelloti era which wasn't ideal for a manager like Rafa, but he is also his worst enemy. Benitez notoriously falls out with staff and he preferes players picked by himself. Just take a look at the quality players that benitez has let go, one just like lucas Digne? I think that Everton will need a re-think on who their next manager will be because between Ancelotti and benitez, they have spent a packet in the quest to keep up with liverpool. Maybe their next manager will be a yes-man and drafted in just to manage the squad as it is?
posted by OWEN (Guest) - Sunday 16th January 2022, 8:27 PM

The Everton Board must have agreed the sale of Digne to Villa. Odd to have backed Rafa on that significant transfer that you say, Owen, was one of their 'quality players that benitez has let go’, only to sack Benitez days later. Do the Board know in which direction they are going and which players they want?
posted by peterjeremy - Sunday 16th January 2022, 9:10 PM

Agree Peter-J, Everton need to decide which direction they go in from now on. i think that this relentless quest to equal liverpool is their downfall. Who next for Everton? David Moyes is the best fit for them but that won't happen. They also need bread and butter players like Bains at the back, but that will not happen again.

Getting these old managers who used to be good rarely works. People like Roy Hodgson who get better with maturity are rare. Football managers need to up-to-date and flexible. As you get older your ideas become fixed and you become slower to respond to change.

It was so funny when the fans sang ‘Man City, we are coming for you!’ Yesterday. Seriously, I wonder how we can change our defence to cope with the best and probably quickest team in Europe! Ream will be targeted. Tosin while inspired, is less effective on the ground as he’s in the air but Man City never put the ball above the shoulder. We are only effective if we can attack so until we have a defence, we have no chance against Man City. Even without Man City, we need to strengthen our defence with someone with pace for next season. One option is to drop Ream and play 5 at the back, bringing in Odoi and Bryan.

Our form looks so irresistible that you wonder why we had that sticky patch recently. Not sure why Silva waited until the 78th minute before giving Mitro a break and giving Muniz a run out. We had the game well wrapped up 20 minutes before that. Mitro is box office, I realise, but he’s just such an important player there. We don’t want those sticky patches again!

Harrison Reed is back to playing where he belongs as a holding MF, not as a creator pulling strings. Cairney is playing where he belongs, too, part of the attack, putting the ball in all the right spaces. Fabio and Tete, key parts of our early season run of dominance, are back to full health. It will be interesting to see what Silva does with Seri when he returns. He’s played well. But we don’t miss him so far, and this starting XI is flying.
Replies
It is great that we are ticking along nicely without seri, but we still need him bigtime to change and mix things up. Marco will always need to switch tactics when other teams get too familier to how we play. the more we have up our sleeves is the more better we will be...

Hmm' Matt Target? Another left left back NRL,We seem to want to collect them by the dozen. I suggested we try to recruit Marcelo just for experience, advice and input. I do not for a moment think it would happen, but can you see my point now? We really need to address our defensive frailties, especially the left back position. we are scoring lots of goals which deflect a situation which will come back to haunt us. I just think that we need a really good and solid central defender to help out rodak. Robinson, bryan, and Odoi like to bomb forward but sadly they are not good defenders, or i should say not good enough? Maybe we can overlook that problem and plug it when we are back in the prem? This jan transfer window is is maybe not the time to spend big unless we can find another like Andersen. He would have to be a player the other clubs have missed under the radar though.

I think Burnley are more in need of carol in this window. They have 25 mill to spend but there just isn't enough players in the andy Carrol stature to go around. Erling Haaland is the very top of the cream and pedigree to buy and only the likes of Man city can buy him. carrol and our own Mitrovic are top names on the list of transfers in this Jan window. Teams will buy players that can potencially get them out of jail and Mitro's name pops up on Sky Sports a few times. Thankfully Mitrovic is settled and his contract with Fulham is iron clad? I put a question mark on that one because anything can change looking at woods situation...

We have 2 weeks left to either get Cav to sign, sell him or he walks away from donut!! I can’t believe it. I very much doubt he will sign and given the salary he’d get with a transfer fee, he’d be silly to leave now either. So again it is very frustrating, even though that’s not our money, he walks for free having been well nurtured by Fulham. Sad!
Replies
We have two weeks to sell him. He can sign a new contract for us any time. He can also sign for any other club a contract anytime to start in the summer when his current contract runs out. It was said he was waiting to sign a new agent before he makes any decision. I believe that happened two weeks ago. Its a shame but I don’t expect this to end well for us.

When you are very young it is difficult to avoid when being offered incredible money by a big club not to accept it. It is also reasonable for him to assume if he is that valuable he will play, which is course not true. As we know in particular Chelsea and Man C both each have about 30 players who never play in the first team and spend most of their careers on loan.

It is odds on he will leave.

Over the years the frustrations in watching Fulham have been traumatic to say the least, but i have always found a karma and pleasure in watching our youth and under 23s. Since Steve Wigley took over the reigns the under 23s has gone from strength to strength. FULHAM topping the league by 14 points, a league that includes 6 premiership club teams. So If any of you get a change to watch, do so.

25m transfer fee on only a 2.5 year contract. probably at least 100k per week salary. With such a short contract, there is no resale value unless they sell him this summer, it means it will cost Newcastle around £300k a week for Wood's service!! that is crazy! how much of that is really to fund the knocking out of Burnley?

It doesn't do Burnley any favours because they need to find a striker pronto, but there is a punch-line. Burnley and Newcastle will play each other in the final game of the season. What are the chances on that result deciding prem survival?

Heard it from a good reliable source that Marcelo's contract at Real Madrid ends on July 1 2022. So what' and how does that help Fulham? We have 2 possibly 3 left backs in Bryan, Robinson, and the versatile Odoi within our ranks. Between 3-4 games before xmas-covid i was extremely concerned about our left-back performances from Robinson in particular. I must admit that Antonee Robinson's performance in the game at Reading was much-much better. Robinson even found a nice goal assist in the penalty box which lead to a goal. What was so better about Robinsons performance? His passing the ball was brilliant and not overcooked as he always does. Robinson did still nearly manage to spoil his good day out by mispassing or not able to clear the ball in our penalty area. It was a good job that Rodak was alert to the danger at 1-0. It would be an honour to have the greatest left back with Fulham just for a season in my opinion. What would it do for team moral to see Marcelo at Motspur and for him to grace Craven Cottage. At the ripe old age of 33, Marcelo could and should experience football in England before he calls it curtains on his fantastic career. Obviously this is a Owen fantasy thing, but what more can i say? The great man will be hanging up his boots, but we don't want to hear that! Khan' 'over to you' Compadre...

How many crosses from Marcelo find a team mate and how many does robinson find. We even had a mexican left back who wasnt bad. If the message is that we should be looking for a couple of golden oldies who can hold the team together when we get back up, i would firmly support this rather than sending a fortune on unknown neverbeens.

he's almost 34 years old. Never played in the Premier league. I don't remember him been recognised as a very quick player. probably be very good for the championship, but we can't afford to carry any more dead wood if we are promoted. If we are promoted i hope we go for tried and tested premier league players.

You guys miss the point on why Marcelo could be a useful character around the Cottage. Fistly i think that Marcelo a calming and knoweledgable influence for the likes of Robinson, Bryan, and Odoi. I am not entirely convinced that we have completely covered our position and troubles at left-back in particular. Our 3 named guys have their good moments at left-back, but inconsistency always seem to creep back into their game. Robinson was much better in the game at Reading and we can forgive his one lapse of concentration because Rodak was alert to the situation. All 3 are excellent on the front foot with plenty of energy but sometimes lacking in accuracy. Okay' if one is having a mare, we can always sub Robinson for Bryan and so forth. What about the lack of awareness defensively? This is where the greatest left-back Marcelo can have an influence and is knowledge would be awesome and because he is a gigantic icon, his presents around the Cottage would be just awesome! This is Mercelo we are talking about guys' thank you's and respect is needed here...

I really can’t understand some of our fans. Moan before the game, moan during the game and moan if we win. Sometimes it seems that fans who post on here want us to lose so they can start the “I told you so “. We can only beat the teams in front of us so we should get behind the lads and not be negative.

Well done to Harry Wilson for getting the MoTM last night. Harry is an amazing player especially when your team dominate in the midfield. He has great energy to take the ball into the final third and into the opposition box. Just look at last night! he made the Reading players look like kids. Apparently many Liverpool fans were disappointed (even surprised) to see him sold. I guess the reason why they sold him, apart from having Salah, is he's work rate in the midfield and tracking back. If only he can learn to defend from the front - we have a ready made premier league quality player. I am sure Marco is working with him on this front and we will see a different player next season should we be promoted.

Agree' brilliant MoTM from Harry Wilson and he deserved it fully. I like his interview on Fulham tv. He is boyant about Fulham and Fulham being on top again. After his below par form for wales internationals and Fulham, Wilson is back with a bang and a ball of energy that radiates through our squad. Brilliant signing!!!!!!!

Surprised no-one’s mentioned the fans last night. I’ve never heard them in such good voice. Nothing, absolutely nothing from Royals fans. Our fans total domination of the stands was greater than that of the team on the pitch…and when we were all singing “Manchester City..we’re coming for you” I swear they must have heard it in the Etihad!
Replies
I suspect the Fulham fans outnumbered the Reading ones. It is also difficult to cheer for you team if they are being completely outplayed.

Fulham 7- nil win away to Reading complete a unique double not achieved by any team since Liverpool in 1885-95. Let's not carried away though, this team in the Premiership I am sad to say might only reproduce our last 12 month stay, where are the quality Premiership players? - also Mitrovic although proven in the Championship is still unproven in the Premiership. We fans all need to be realistic. Question if FFC could afford it would you by Marcus Rashford or Jesse Lingard to score the goals when the are promoted? Rashford is on £200K per week = £10.4 million p.a., scoring just three league goals 2021/22. Jesse Lingard cannot get into United team, but had a very successful spell at West Ham last season at the London Stadium.

These players have been around a bit now ,caked up money wise ,are they really going to come to Fulham we need the right type of player ,the likes of Fulham if they do go up mid table would be it Brighton at the moment would be the mould .that is just the way it is harder now than when stayed there for 13 years

Simon saw the match ,I saw the match and probably other posters did not. Im delighted with the result and happy to keep the momentum going. I seldom share the view of the press nor bbc but indeed we did run riot around reading. Other than that I agree with simon. We were nothing to get excited about and terrible 1st 20 mins. Yesterday was hamilton vs a scalextric.we played the worst team i have seen all season. The first 20 minutes it was identical to previous 5 games but we got lucky we scored, our confidente grew and we got away with two correctly disallowed goals, unusual for a home team to endure this. Reading at no moment decided to pull everybody back hence they went to the slaughterhouse.Absolutely vital the result doesnt go to the teams head or it will be fulhamish all over again. Also, some of our players cant repeat good performance when rest period is short. PS got the sir galahad suit on.

Sometimes a football result is run by dynamics and timing. If those Carrol goals had stood and no offside, i think it would have been closer and i belieive we still would have won the game. Imagine going in at 2-1 to Reading? Marco Silva in 2nd half found a way to shut down the big guy Carrol which is masterful from a prem experienced manager in Silva. The Reading defense are young and inexperienced and they spent good match time pointing fingers on who should take responsability. In a way this was a perfect game to get a second wind and a good work-out if that makes sense. No team can be match-fit and up and running after a lay-off like we had. This result will give our players much more confidence from now on. It was a long layoff and i imagine that most of us and players were looking up at the table with Bournemouth top and games to play. Maybe a better organised team with games behind them would have made our first game back more difficult, but it is what it is. A 7-0 is the perfect tonic and confidence booster to kick on our season. Yes' there are questions why we played so awful and off the pace before xmas, but lets move on and say it was covid which most probably played a part in our dip of form...

As reported in today's Times, Fulham -"The scoreline matched their win away to Blackburn Rovers in November as Marco Silva’s side became the first club to win two away league games by seven goals in a single season since Liverpool in 1895/96".

Reading had nine of it's first team out and their best defender got injured in the 7th minute. You can only beat what is in front of you however but do not expect 7-0 every week.

Talk about revenge is sweet, but that result was quite savage. Yes, it was a somewhat weakened Reading side, but we took advantage of that, as would Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea in the Premier League when they play weaker opposition, and the old Fulham would have flunked it and settled for 2-0 scoreline and back peddled for the last 45 minutes. Marco wouldn't have allowed that. Can we push on by taking major points against Bristol City and Birmingham, let's hope so, but we are Fulham, and we all know what can happen ! !

I know there’s been mixed feeling about TC, but the way we move the ball when he’s playing is next level. His ball to Wilson drew the penalty, as much as Harry did. Every pass perfectly weighted, switching sides to create 1-v-1s. Plus Seri’s absence puts Harrison in the holding role - where he belongs. He was excellent there. Feel we played our strongest XI tonight, unless Seri subs in for Fab.

I couldn't get my head around the way we was playing in those last 3-4 games before xmas. Maybe it was covid in the camp? 7.0 is a great scoreline and it will send a shiver up at Bournemouth for sure. What will the Khans upstairs make of it? Do we have enough artillery in our ranks to get us up to the prem?

Mitro now has 24 goals - I think 2 goals short of the championship record and he has another 22 games to break that record! Wow! He has a chance to score 45 goals and set a record that will last forever! Well done team!

Rumour has it, and Marco hinted at it, in his pre-match interview, that Covid had hit our squad quite hard, and some players carried on playing once they were out of quarantine, so we're pretty unfit, during our run of draws, and that defeat against Sheffield United. If we are back to a fully fit squad again, watch out the rest of the league.

How many goals did Toney get for Brentford last season, I had a feeling that it was in the 30's. BuzziB will probably know. I am not worried how many goals Mitro scores this season as long as we get enough goals between our scorers to see us over the line.

Maldon Mick : Toney scored 32 goals in our last championship season. If he can keep fit and injury free Mitro could easily pass this figure.

We were quite lucky to be two up in the first half. Half time Silva told them to get further up the pitch to get the ball forward faster. The young an inexperienced Reading team could not cope with those tactics.

Graham Potter likes to sign and seal his business nice and early while we sit back and whistle Dixie. By the way, only the nerdiest and geekiest person on here will work out who 'MB' might be? He will probably have been a boy scout in his youth and watched Blue Peter from every episode. (MT). The African Nations will throw up a gem of a signing and it is worth keeping an eye on the tournament this year but for signings, it is too late for us and Newcastle. We both need signings pronto and there are different dynamics going on concerning both clubs. Newcastle have gone in for Solanke of Bournemouth which is not a very smart move because Parker will make a packet if Solanke is prised from their grasp. Newcastle are also desperate to sign Chris Woods of Burnley which will annoy Sean Dyke. It makes perfect sense for Woods to sign for Newcastle and pick up the biggest wad of wonga ever in his career, but maybe a jinx to Burnley who could go down if Chris Woods ever discover his goals again. So far he has scored 4 in the prem which is piss-poor, and i think that Mitro could do better than that with better supply. By now, the super-nerds should have worked out who 'MB' is, or i will have a 'why always me printed on my Fulham shirt lol!!! Kunye would be the ultimate super-nerd and he will have worked out the puzzle by now. Can you imagine the desparation and the dark times and ages coming back to Fulham. Somebody tell Tony Khan to get a jog-on and sign somebody before the desparate ones up Newcastle 'MB' who might end up the last player in the whole wide world left to sign. 'PHEEEWWWW!!!!!!
Replies
Most of the business happens in the last week of the window. Our squad it to big so I suspect more will go than come. We seem to be keeping a tight hold on transfer rumours as I am sure we are very active in the transfer market most of which we not hear about until they are signed or depart.

Newcastle are under the same FIFA financial rules as everyone else, the can only spend what they are allowed to spend and having a very rich owner allows you no more than that. Khan spends what he is allowed to spend which is limited on players but unlimited on ground expansion, training facilities and under 18 players. Newcastle have a lot of supporters but nothing like the allowable income that the top six have.

Tonight Manchester United take on Aston Villa in the Fa Cup, and Brentford are already through to the next round, and both clubs are doing relatively well in the Premier League, and do not seem likely to be involved in a relegation battle this season. We beat both of these clubs at Wembley in play off finals, and were far better than both of them on those occasions. Both Villa and Brentford have since gained their places at the top table, and we are once again back in the Championship, so where the hell did we go wrong, and we have a far richer owner than both of them.

Fine margins of too many draws downed us and losing players such as Lookman and Andersen because we couldn't stay up. I would also say that our lack of urgency also kills us in the transfer market. Matt Targett comes to mind. We do not act quick enough to get these guys. Our quest to stay in the prem feels like a one hand on the Grail which just slips from our grasp all the time. Brighton's Potter stated that he likes to move nice and early in the transfer market. At this rate, we will be left fighting it out with the stragglers that even Newcastle don't want...

Talking about the FA Cup, is this the most boring draw, that we have ever seen, as there seems no excitement at all in it, and most of the big teams gave drawn lesser teams, and that also applies to our tie at Man City, where surely there can only be one result.

We live in an era where discomfort of any kind is not tolerated. We've forgotten that discomfort is a perfect normal and acceptable emotion. Instead, we try to remove it and prevent it at the slightest hint of its existence.

But BLM think it’s OK to make you feel discomfort because they’re special and don’t abide by the rules they want everyone else to follow.

Woke up this morning and the world was wall to wall woke. I’m staying in bed till the undertaker pops round.

We have Reading (league position 21st), Bristol City (15th), Bham City (18th), Stoke (8th) and Blackpool (12th). No reason why we can't get all 15 points but I'd settled for 12! After these 5 games, our destiny for the rest of the season will be so much more clearer.

Can't find anything to say it is off. Sure you are not seeing a report of the previous cancellation?

John I’m sure you can help out driving a coach for the cause. That’s the spirit.

We must get back to winning ways. Perhaps this enforced break will get us back to the team that dominated this division and looked unbeatable.

That’s what I call a good cup draw!

You are joking of course, as we have drawn away to the best team in the country, and the potential cup winners, and a battering might well knock our confidence. Its the worst draw that we could possibly have had.

Agree. Why couldn’t we get boreham wood at home. Parker has all the luck at the moment! First yeovil now another non league team. Marco has to play his first team otherwise, from what we on Saturday, we’d get a Rugby score!

If Gazza plays between the posts, we will lose by 0-8 ( by half-time)

BOB I feel we have lost our momentum and coupled with the fact we don't seem to be in the market for anyone of quality. But if we were promoted we would need at least 6 quality players to stay there
