Best part of this cup games is often not about the game, listen to the inana e talking from panel of experts, so funny it should be sold on dvd, Richard shouting non stop, wrighty playing at playground oracle and keen a high ranking general who word is law. Pougash looks lost in space when asking questions , then the anthems camera goes along the line no one is singing any thing the crowd are 5 minutes behind the recording, just blank staresworking out just what the words mean, then wonderwall a dirge no one has any idea why we sing it country rd or caroline must more rousing and so it goes on not started on coaches and staff .

You must send me a clip of you singing. And maybe talking. I would love to know what perfection sounds like.

Didn’t watch the game but saw a bit of pre match where two sweaty women with frizzy hair were standing on the pitch wittering on about frocks, or diets or something. The idea is to hire the most inane male pundits to make the women appear as if they might actually have a scooby. I’d rather have Rodney Marsh, Derek Dougan and Cloughie. Anyone else have a dream pundit panel?

Under the BBC’s Royal Charter (PDF), the BBC is funded through a licence fee. The current charter began on 1 January 2017 and runs to 31 December 2027.
The number of households requiring a licence but not holding one has risen from around 6% in 2015 to over 12% today.
The use of a television receiver without a valid licence can lead to prosecution, a court appearance and a fine of up to £1,000. Cases are usually heard in the magistrates’ courts. If a fine isn’t paid, the court that issued it may impose a custodial sentence. The sentence is for non-payment of the court fine, not for non-payment of the licence fee.

More misogyny from the usual suspects who are happy to call vulnerable women thieves.
Culture Secretary, Lisa Nandy, said yesterday : "We recognise there are problems with the licence fee. Fewer and fewer people are paying it.
"It's unenforceable and, particularly, I've been very concerned about the way it's been enforced in the past, with women - particularly vulnerable women - targeted for enforcement action, and the BBC itself has accepted that."

If they want to promote deviant behaviour they can go ahead. I’ll happily pick and choose what I watch. I’m very happy to let others pay for my privilege. Don’t see it as theft, see it as tax avoidance. You can always claim you were badly advised. Works for the elites.

Publicly funded propaganda machine for the government that only mugs pay for, no thanks you won't catch me paying a penny towards these bunch of hypocrites. Sending me letters in the post threatening me with prosecution unless I pay up or else.
They should cut the 20,000 staff down, cut the wages of the top earners,
?Scott Mills - £745,000 - £749,999.
?Greg James - £440,000 - £444,999.
?Stephen Nolan - £425,000 - £429,999.
?Laura Kuenssberg - £405,000 - £409,999.
?Vernon Kay - £405,000 - £409,999.
?Alan Shearer - £390,000 - £394,999.
?Justin Webb - £375,000 - £379,999,
I've never even heard of half these people who are milking it, also they should be made to advertise like all the other organisations have too..

LOL I do agree with your observations, however they remain observations, just that. If you are reaching out on this forum in order to put things into more acceptable order, I would suggest you are acting in the wrong environment. I would say that not everything in life has to be so refined. Lets love our imperfections and sing from our hearts albeit out of tune and out of sync, all the way through to glorious world cup victory.
