We just cannot win games with wingers and i think we are too sussed now. It is obvious that our left wing side is the most potent and we are so easy to work out now. We were doing great first half. Chukwueze hit the bar and Smith Rowe hit the bar and both were playing well. We went searching and asking the wrong questions. The question we should have been asking second half is why the supply had stopped for our guys up front and how was we going to turn around the tactic from Moyes who worked us out again. Sometimes it is not a question of tiredness, football is more tactical than that. We don't even have anything to go at in Europe like Spurs and Newcastle, we are just struggling tactically. We are now looking like a team full of talent but not able to stear them in the right direction and that is down to the manager. Our Chairman and people upstairs delivered so no excuses there. Now we have to figure out a way of playing and being more consistent.

The one good thing, and let's be grateful, for that, we are not involved in a fight to save the drop. So folks, it could be a lot worse.

We could see and feel Everton coming into the game more and more in the second half, and Marco needed to react not just tactically but also be a bit more vocal on the touchline. David Moyes showed Marco a lesson in tactics and how to come into a game second half and the embarrassing thing was he didn't have to be on the pitch.

We have to give credit to David Moyes yet again and he proved the master tactition over Marco and thats the truth. I still think that Cuenca is starting to look a bit suspect and Castagne struggles with pacey and tricky wingers more so than Tete. No advancement from Castagne which is needed now and again and when he comes forward he isn't as productive as Tete.

Just seen this news. I didn't know properly that we could pursue this move outside the window but apparently a free transfer and a free agent is anybody's and up for grabs. Apparently, we were pushing hard to get Pepi over the line and offering insane money that included a buy to loan deal that would have seen Pepi stay at PSV until the summer. That deal wasn't worth it in my opinion. The didn't have a replacement for Pepi but the galling thing around Pepi staying at PSV is that his value may have increaced throughout the summer and we would have to pay more for him. Something might be happening around Sterling and we will soon know a lot more. It looks like the interest in Raheem Sterling has come about because we couldn't get Pepi over the line.

That is significant for any players who are free agents once the window closes, with the likes of Raheem Sterling still looking for a club. Unless they move abroad, they must have a club by today otherwise they will not be able to register to play in Premier League games for the remainder of the season. The only exception is if a club does not use all their 25 spaces when they register their squad on February 5. They can then add free agents up until the fourth Thursday in March. We will know soon enough if Raheem Sterling is joining us or not. Not sure what time the deadline today is?

We should have defended the free kick better. We had a defender with the scorer, if he had jumped as well he would have won the ball. Good defenders should anticipate what is likely to occur and conceding a header from a free kick is bad defending.

And told it couldn’t happen because they could not find a replacement. It’s just came out that Fulham offered to still buy him and give him back on loan till end of season. And they still refused. So I still wouldn’t bank on us getting him in the summer. We also tried for Troy Parrot but bid was rejected. So don’t be to hard on club, there were only 7 deals completed on dead line day most overpriced panic buys from clubs in relegation battles.

He would have been much more successful at clubs like Villa, Man U or Spurs. Like many young players made the wrong call, attracted by the money and/or kudos of a big big club, then to find the pond far too big to swim in. On Parker - I hope he gets to see out the season. I don't dislike him as much as many Fulham fans. He was sometimes a bit too much about himself but he did ok for Fulham.

Personally i think no worries Brian, Marco will stay no danger! Where would he go available? Crystal Palace will be vacant in the summer but can you see Marco moving a few miles down the road? Marco's biggest club i think was Everton and that moved proved terrible for him. Man Utd will most likely go in for a bigger profile manager than Carrick, though i think Carrick deserves a shot at that one. Carrick and career is flawless with 3 wins on the bounce. I wouldn't put it past Utd to go all out and win the prem, they are more than decent, they have a false reputation as Manure utd which is nonsense, they are capable of blowing everybody put in front of them away easy as you like. I have never seen passing moves that cut open opposition like that from any team but Arsenal and City, they are top-notch and their self belief will spread. That's the only possible job i see Marco going to but like they say horses for courses, Marco doesn't suit utd personally. After Amorim who is Portuguese Marco Silva? Marco is Fulham and Fulham is a great stylish attacking side going places with decent prospects such as Oscar Bobb. Only a knock on the head and a funny turn will make him leave.

It will be a very sorry time down at CC, if Marco decides to pack his bag to join yet another club, but in football this happens more often than not, and we will survive. Of course it is so important that the Khans bring in a top manager, who will take over a club on the up, with great potential, and not some has been. Personally I haven't a clue as to who I would like to take us on, but it will probably be a foreign guy again.

I don't think any of us at this stage know what's going to happen, but isn't it always a last day drama with us, and one of the reasons, that Marco is getting fed up with it, season after season. I think that if Pepi signs, Marco stays, if he doesn't sign, Marco is off in June, so this is a big decision today. The good news is that we have received a bid from Everton to sign our Harry, and Fulham have told them to get lost. If he is going to leave in June, I'm not sure that Everton would have even entered his thoughts, he would be thinking higher than that.

According ED, the Eredivisie side are reluctant to let the American leave today due to limited options [because of injuries] in attack. ED say the only way PSV can sanction a move is if they find an appropriate replacement for the 23-year-old. That seems unlikely considering the window closes in the next few hours. However if Kevin can prove himself, which is possible, then we will be winning a few more games, especially at home, with his goals. So pleased that he has now got that monkey off of his back, and what a goal to open his account with. Wow.

I did think that we had been hard done by, with some dreadful VAR decisions, but I didn't realise it was 12. That is outrageous, and completely unfair, and it all started at Stamford Bridge. It's therefore quite remarkable that we are in touching distance of a place in the top 6, and at present sitting in 8th place in the Premier League.

I don't know anything about Pepi and i didn't think we would seal the deal but understand we were only a million short so why not. The only thing i know about him is that he is a striker and apparently a very prolific one. What intrigues me is that Pepi would rather sign for us Fulham rather than West Ham who have a better history for winning trophies. Mst, if you could enlighten us on why Fulham? Are we becoming more fashionable now? Maybe it's our playing style that appeals to Pepi and maybe he can see himself being more prolific with Fulham? I felt we should hold off for a striker and give Muniz a proper run out but even clubs like Villa are buying extra strikers. Watkins Abraham,Madjo and Kadan young. It makes perfect sense to keep up with clubs around us, and even the likes of Forest are recruiting extra strikers. Jimenez is run off his feet now and we still thank him and owe him but he is running on fumes. Muniz, Jimenez, Pepi, and the young German if we keep him is the way to go. For too long now we have been stretched and found ourselves wanting in the target man department. Maybe Jimenez will be moved on? The only problem i can see on the horizon is how do we keep Muniz happy on the bench if Pepi takes off like a rocket.

Their winner was scored against tired Fulham defenders who had played brilliantly up to that point. We played well so did Man U and on paper their players are better than ours. We did very well to nearly get a draw against a big team on the up. Man U will finish 3rd in the table. It would be nice for us to have a comfortable win next game, we do not have many of those.

In fact, we have a good side, but as yet, still find it hard to either win or draw against the likes of Manchester's United and City, and of course Arsenal. Things may begin to fall apart in the summer if Marco decides to leave. Harry might also leave if think that he can do better elsewhere, but I doubt it, as there is no guarantee the he will be a success, at another club, who will drop him like a hot potato, if he has a couple of moderate games, as we know that he can do, like today. If Chucky and Kevin, and now Oscar, turn into a lethal treble, plus an hopefully in form Muniz, we could become something special, with a couple of mid field generals, although ESB and Sander, are improving on a match by match basis.

Tete i understand will be ready and waiting on the bench and he could play a part at some point. Sorry to hear about Chukweze's mum passed away and maybe this is a game he cannot attend, every footballer is different and some will want to play and some chose not to. These top games bring out the best in Marco and he likes to put extra effort and detail in how we set up and we will come out showing maximum discipline for sure. Kevin is an enigma and we know there is a good player in him and one day he will come out of his shell and show us what he really can do and maybe this game will be the one where he introduces himself properly. I think that the likes of Chukwueze in the shadows, waiting in the wings could eventually wake up the footballer we know he is. A few pieces of the jigsaw will have to click together for Kevin, for example, his passing game needs to come together and his movement in between the lines and to finish a move in a decisive and clinical manner with a goal will see kevin burst onto the scene properly. The players will know this game is extra special because it's man utd and it brings out the best in everybody taking part.

Patrick Dorgu is the man flying for them but he is injured which might be good for us. Slightly worried down that right side with Castagne who sometimes struggle against quick flankers but it is what it is.

It is not a team we have beaten very often like our results against most of the top teams. I know things have changed and we now give top teams a good game and beat them much more often than we used to, so we have a good chance, but if we attack to aggressively we could get hammered. I am sure Marco will know the right tactical formula to win it is up to the players to enact it.

I am praying against the odds, that one more decent signing, and we will get both Harry, and even more importantly Marco to renew their contracts, and we will all be as pleased as punch, at least until the summer. Personally I'm a bit anti European football of all varieties, as clubs like us, at present, just don't have the strength in depth to survive a relegation battle, as well. I would rather win a trophy like the FA Cup, than venture in Europe.

MST, i would have liked us to hold back on a striker until the summer and wait for Muniz and give him half a season. We can afford to wait and just to give Muniz plenty of time. It is still a big gamble in January, whether we get a striker that can score 20 goals a season. Remember what we get now will most likely be our lot and the khans wallets might not open again for a long while.
