Fulham (from):

Schwarzer, Zuberbuhler,

Stoor, Paintsil, Hangeland, Hughes, Baird, Konchesky, Kallio,

Andreasen, Bullard, Murphy, Davies, Gera, Gray,

Zamora, Nevland, Johnson, Seol, Dempsey.

Fulham striker Andrew Johnson returns from suspension but Andranik Teymourian has been ruled for three to four months after the Iranian midfielder sustained a knee injury while playing for the reserves.

Dickson Etuhu is unavailable due to a lack of match fitness but otherwise Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has a fully fit squad to select from.

Sunderland (from):

Gordon, Fulop,

Chimbonda, Ferdinand, Collins, McCartney,

Malbranque, Whitehead, Miller, Reid, Richardson, Henderson, Tainio,

Diouf, Cisse, Murphy, Healy, Chopra.

Sunderland midfielder Teemu Tainio is in contention for a return to club action in the Barclays Premier League match at Fulham.

The 28-year-old was able to link up with Finland during the international break after missing the last three games for his club with a shoulder injury.

Nyron Nosworthy (hamstring), Kenwyne Jones and Martyn Waghorn (both knee) are all back in training, but will not be involved at Craven Cottage, while Dwight Yorke's exertions with Trinidad and Tobago mean he is unlikely to be selected and Anthony Stokes has joined Sheffield United on loan.
