Referee Scott Duncan has been a referee since 2012 and was promoted to the Football League assistant referees list in 2010. He was a referee in the Conference League between 2008 and 2012.

Last season Ref Duncan was in charge of our 1-0 Capital One Cup away victory against Brentford and carded Kay Voser for a foul just before half-time. He was also in charge of our 1-0 away Championship away win at Leeds. This season he was in charge of our away 2-0 defeat at Derby where he yellow carded Stearman.

Ref Duncan last reffed Preston in August of last year of this year when Preston won 3-1 away to Crewe in the Capital Cup.

Last Season Ref Duncan reffed 36 games dishing out 83 yellows, a below average 2.3 cards a game, and 3 reds. This season he has reffed 31 games so far showing the yellow card 76 times, a below average of 2.5 cards per game, and just 2 reds so far.

Simon Grayson is expected to have a similar squad to choose from when Preston entertain Fulham at Deepdale.

Alan Browne has shown no adverse reaction after coming back from a hip injury that kept him sidelined for a month while Paul Gallagher, who needs a hernia operation, is set to play the club's next two games before determining if he should go under the knife before the summer.

Paul Huntington (calf) and Jermaine Beckford (knee) came on as late substitutes against Blackburn on Saturday and Joe Garner scored on his return from suspension.

However, the Lilywhites are still without Stevie May, Liam Grimshaw (both knee) and Chris Humphrey (shin).

Fulham midfielder Emerson Hyndman could return to the Fulham squad.

The teenage midfielder was rested for the 2-1 win over MK Dons on Saturday following international duty with the USA.

Defender Chris Baird is battling to shake off a knock and midfielder Lasse Vigen Christensen remains sidelined by a hamstring injury.

Veteran former England international Scott Parker will be assessed having played the full 90 minutes against the Dons.
