Paul Peschisolido is being urged to quit Fulham and move to Birmingham by his former Craven Cottage strike partner Geoff Horsfield.
The big front-man, who made a £2.5 million switch to St Andrews in the summer, believes that Pesch is his perfect partner and he would love to link up with him again.
The Canadian international, married to Birmingham's managing director Karren Brady, is available for transfer at Fulham after failing to win a place in new manager Jean Tigana's plans.
Horsfield, currently out injured and waiting on results of an MRI scan, said: "If somebody asked me who my perfect strike partner was it would have to be Pesch. I know Trevor Francis has been looking around but if I had a say in it, I would suggest he goes back to Fulham to get Paul."
Peschisolido, who was Fulham's first £1 million signing, has also been linked with a move to West Bromich Albion.
