Former Fulham forward Tomasz Radzinski has joined Greek club Xanthi.

The Canadian international has been looking for a new club all summer after leaving Fulham at the end of last season.

The 33-year-old has inked a two-year deal at Xanthi after passing a medical and agreeing personal terms.

The former Fulham star revealed the ambitions of the Xanthi officials persuaded him to make the move to Greece.

"From the discussions I've had with the people at Xanthi, it was clear that they are an ambitious team, which appeals to me because I want to play in a team that have prospects," Radzinski told the Greek press.

"Our aim is to play good football and get into one of the European berths. The cup is also one of our goals and we'll try to do our best."
