ARSENAL want Fulham's Sean Davis, who former manager Kevin Keegan said was, "as good as any player of that age I have ever seen," when he watched him as a teenager.

Davis, now 21, has been moved to central midfield from a wide right position by Jean Tigana and has been continually watched by Arsenal, who have also enquired about his background.

Valued at pounds 4.5m, Davis may go if Fulham buy Aston Villa's Paul Merson this summer.
