I like us too Badger, but just like that nice dog Churchill say's, we need cover!!! An extra insurance policy might be needed to get these points to keep our dream alive. We go with no insurance in a rookie or we gamble on more experience. It's one of those tough calls, and i don't even know if i am right or wrong. It's one of those mate.

Another 4 matches under iur belt could give us a clearer indication where we are heading. Jshould see Hector added to our squad, and add another full back. ( Bertrand who is out of favour with the Saints could suit us )So Lets get some points starting with Wigan.

They (may) look good now but they were crap when it mattered, as were the rest of the clowns foisted on Jokanovic by Khan junior. Blming Jokanovic is ridiculous in the extreme. As for Parker, how many games before we know where we're going? Quite a few of us, I suspect, know exactly where we're headed and aren't too enthused about it.

This is a very strange division , teams beating other teams you never expect them to , so many are getting draws , does that tell us this div is a mine field getting out of? .Looking at the tables we are only 6 point adrift from top, so thank Christ for the draws at least no one gets to far in front, however with ifs and buts getting all point from wba and yesterday and we would be preening ourselves like peacocks. Why cant we hold a lead? why cant we add to the single goal we seem to get ?,more to the point did not knocky say we only play for 60 minutes then back of and call it a day?,but still parker has not corrected that problem, and still mitro is joint top scorer, surely we get all 3 from wigan??????.At least we know we will have 75% ownership then it becomes open house.

Who knows who will be promoted, but we have as big a chance as anyone. However, after watching Watford's humiliation by Manchester City yesterday, do we really want to go back to the top table to be cannon fodder to the bigger teams in the Premier League. Rather be a big fish in a small pond, than a small fish in a big one. Despite not winning many of our last few games, we certainly are not losing any, and the enjoyment of playing in this Division, is certainly far better than last season's terrible one.

Norwich showed us last week that it is possible to compete and win occasionally against these big teams by beating Man City. Not saying it will happen every week, but in my opinion, it is still worth a punt in the prem. Norwich got stuffed this week by a canny and experienced manager in Sean Doyche at Burnley. Burnley are a testament to all of us and they compete and put the work in and come up with results now and again. Remember guy's, Burnley got relegated just like we did and come back up. We were not that far off in our quest and exploits to stay in the prem. If only we had the services of Knockheart and Cavaliero and bobby Reid etc, we might have stayed up? The balance of our transfer targets back in the prem was all wrong somehow.

We’re all blinded by Fulham’s domination of the ball, yes I know it’s good to have 74% of the game especially yesterday away from home, but to what end, to present a gift of a point to the opposition in the 94 min, we allowed an attacking striker to equalise unmarked at the far post, scloolboy error, the concerning thing is it’s not the first time our defenders have allowed this to happen, switching off before the final whistle, resulting in points thrown away again, not good enough!!
Replies
We are obsessed with possession. We need to mix it up so we make it more difficult for the opposition. We were very lucky to not concede two goals by poor passing in our own area when we were closed down. To be fair Betts made two good saves from our errors. Should have brought on MacDonald yesterday to counter Wednesday subs and Kamara should have switched with Mitro. We are still work in progress and not prepared to criticize Scottie until he shows he has learnt the fine art of managing the last quarter of a game which is a skill in itself!

Doris' Kamara is not the big problem. He only has 5-minute come-ons at the moment and they bare no part in our collapses and inability to keep the opposition from scoring. At least there is a chance that the likes of Kamara will improve. There are seasoned players in our side that should know better how to get that bag of wind in between 2 sticks, how hard is that?

Completely agree GEEZER my post was entirely sarcastic. The expectation of some people is ludicrous. We are an average Championship team at present. We do have good players but we don't have a good team and I have never thought Parker was the right man to lead them. So many say "give it time" or "let's see after 5/10 games or Christmas" but bottom line is we aren't good enough and the table doesn't lie.

Geezer, what a misery you really are. I still maintain that we are among the best, if not the best team in the Championship at the moment, and teams are not working us out as you say. The reason we are not winning, is that we seem to have luck against us in most games, like today's late equalizer, when the ball accidentally hit Mawson and fell into the path of their player. The ball could have gone anywhere. Against West Brom, Betts made a serous error that cost us two points, and these things usually even themselves out over a season. If we had got a late equalizer today, you would have been all over this site, saying what a wonderful fight back. If you had expected a win at Sheffield today, you must have been kidding yourself, and a draw was a good result. A win at home and a draw away, will win you promotion any day. We will now go on a winning run at home, and if we do Geezer, I know that will really upset you, as you will have nothing to moan about.

It reminds me of the sketch between Morecambe and Wise and Andre Previn when Eric having made a mess of Greig’s piano concerto for playing “ the wrong notes” , hauls up Previn by his lapels to be told that he is“playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order”. That’s our problem- playing all the right players, but not necessarily in the right order.

Those watched the match saw Arter was in a rage then was told off by Parker to calm down. This was 90th minute and at the time it made sense. However, 3 minutes later when the Wednesday player was through and Arter had the chance to bring him down (take a yellow card), he didn’t then he crossed the ball and they scored. Do you think the little talk with Parker made Arter hesitant to bring their player down, when he probably should!
Replies
And if Mitro had chased the ball on the left. Instead of letting it go out for a goal kick. For which they scored

Is that what we've come to John? Take a yellow for the team? Never mind years of Fulham history; let's join the yobbo brigade? Listen up: Arter is a problem and borderline mental and so far hasn't proved himself in any positive way. Any nutter who is told to calm down, and does so, is still a nutter. I expect to see less of him as the season progresses, Bettinelli too as he's mentally lost the plot after his self-inflicted year off. Right now, both are liabilities. I wish we had kept Rico, who wanted to stay, and Babel too, but it is what it is.

Bringing a player down (eg pull his shirt or anything non dangerous) who is in a great position for a yellow card is part of football - hence the term take one for the team! Arter should have fouled him!

Problem is that both Knockaert and Cav cut inside onto their dominant foot, it gets congested, and we still miss Freddo or Targett who can overlap and get to the end line and put in a good cross. That’s how so many goals were scored during promotion, Sess put in a ton of crosses too having beaten his defender with the dribble. It’s too one- dimensional now, and our defenders aren’t quality in attack. I also think we need to go back to StefJo over either Reed or Reid. He’s a true CM, offering more balance than defense minded Harrison or attack minded Bobby. The team that started v Milwall should be reinstated

Experienced coaches are adept at seeing out games when ahead. We all saw the Sheffield goal coming. But problems stem from our lack of a cutting edge and this comes from the coaching. The team pass the ball far too slowly and do not stretch defences. This needs to be rectified quickly if we want to start winning games otherwise we will continue to have stats of 70% possession and still not win.
Replies
Watched to days game same old, same old,Betts had a better game than usual but on at least 5 occasions he passed the ball to our defenders only to be returned,of course we had 70% possesion, but if you are not often in the opositions half you will not have many scoring chances. Ultimatly it must be down to having a novice coach,we cannot afford to be learning curve for prospective managers. No disrespect but QPR have a much inferior team to us,but what a manager.Under this regime mid table is all we can expect.

We are simply not scoring enough goals with the exception of the Millwall game. There is no point in dominating possession if only one goal is scored, the games that come to mind are Notts Forest, Cardiff, West Brom and today Sheffield Wed, we dominated possession in all these games but failed to put away decent scoring chances, Wigan next Fri should give us the opportunity to put things right.

Love TC, but not captain material. We need a leader on the pitch to hold things together. Cairney should have got hold of Arter and told him to cool it. A Gerrard,Kean et al would have done. The point Arter came on and started his rantings is the point at which everyone seemed to lose focus. All round very unprofessional, unless they get a grip we ain’t going to be contesting anything come the end of the season.

My thoughts exactly Morty. TC is not captain material and, given his oft times mental lapses, I suspect he'd be better off without the additional strain. Arter, Cavelliero and Bettinelli are quick to display attitude problems and need reining in, something Cairney can't do. Ream might make a go of it but I can't see any other candidate right now. Saw that Bettenilli picked up another yellow. One day ...

Agree Ari, Ream seems the best choice at the moment. Calm and decisive thou not really sufficiently verbal and assertive. Would go for Mac but don’t think he’s going to play regularly. As far as I could discern Betts had a good game, pity he let himself down with stupid time wasting....again. I’m sure that has a negative impact on the cohesiveness of the time in those final minutes. As you say when he finally gets a red it’s really going to hit the fan.

It’s just not good enough, what’s the purpose of dominating for 93 mins then allow the opposition to steal a point in the 94 min, it’s happening all too often, it’s very concerning, West Brom stole a point in the 80 min last week, if we don’t start getting the message that we need to start converting the chances we create then I’m afraid we will not get out of this league this season.

Hold your horses, as before the game we would have been very happy with a 1-1 draw, it's just the fact that it was such another late late equaliser that is really upsetting, and not many teams will win up there in Sheffield. One defeat in seven games, does not make us a bad side, in fact, just the opposite. You would think that we were so far behind in the table, but we are not, and we are in fact only 5 points from the top 2 and 4 points from the top 6, and we are going to go on a good run from now on in, and within a few weeks we will be in the top 6, mark my words.

parker showed no tactical awareness last week. we got a lucky goal ( think it was a cross) and although we deserved it we then spent last 20 minutes trying to defend a one nil against a very poor team that day, only began playing when the scored . Bettenelli man up mate, you dropped the ball nothing wrong with their goal. mitrovic I love but at times he slows things down caballero so far oit on the line, obvious, waitingto get ball and cut in and float one in top corner, guess what you have done it twice and now teams are watching for it, come inside more and get involved. too much playing across our goal , accident waiting to happen , hopefully knockeart has found his crossing boots as last week he looked like he had his slippers on. many positives, desire is there , team spirit looks good but scotty if we go one nil up then lets go for it and get another, nuff said , up the Fulham x

We have to win today!!! Not because we should or Wednesday is an easy team. If we lose or draw, we will be in the bottom half and 7-8 points behind the leaders. Our confidence will start fading and the team will question their own quality! I know someone will say don’t worry, we were near the bottom after 10-15 games when we got promoted a couple of seasons ago. Well, we won’t go on another 25 games unbeaten run and there are more gold teams this season such as Swansea, West Brom, Cardiff, Leeds. Then playoff is lottery as we all know. So don’t think because we done it once from the bottom we can do it again!

This is a perfect time and the perfect game tomorrow for Scotty to show some tactical awareness. Gary Monk is no mug, and he knows how to play against us judging from that shocking result the last time against Birmingham. That result dented our auto-promotion if i can remember rightly. If we can win away at Sheff Weds, and put away those sort of chances that most teams envy, i will hail Scott Parker as our King and conquerer wants more. 'Arise' Sir' Parker' once again. ~~('Er' If we win that is)...

https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/why-latest-setback-should-have-fulham-fans-worried-comment/ I think we all shared the same concerns and been talking about this for a while. We have a naive team and a naive manager! Working backwards from the most recent game. We should have finished off West Brom, we shouldn’t make school boy goalkeeping error and the manager should recognised West Brom changed their game plan with 3 subs. Against Cardiff, we shouldn’t get a player send off for delayed simulation. Very naive! Against Forest, we were out smart by their manager. Like a boxing match - we were the kid throwing punches after punches then the big guy get one chance and knock us out. Question on our game plan. Against Millwall - we were good! Can’t complain. Against Blackburn, we played probably the worse team in the league. Against Barnsley, we were naive, complacent and didn’t setup the players probably for a tough match. All very worrying!! Winning two games from seven is very bad return for this squad of players!! Rant over!
Replies
That was not a schoolboy error has a former schoolboy goalkeeper now 75 I was always told if I could not catch the ball send it round the post or over the bar if I had knocked the ball back into the field of play I would not have got another game has a goalkeeper our outfield players were always told to run to meet the ball not stand and wait for the ball to reach them when it is passed to them my old school coach could teach these modern day coaches a thing or two you got a throw or a corner you did not win them. Your report is spot-on John! You have laid it out better than i ever did, and not in so many words. It would be interesting to hear some feed-back also from 'MST, and Arizonan. Every pundit and managers say we have the best squad in the division. Sheff Wed will be a big test away this week, and this is a game that that under different circumstances, we might be happy with an away draw? It will be tough! A win for Fulham and Parker, will steady our nerves and go a long way for the good. There will be mumblings and mutterings if we don't string some good results together soon. The sooner the better for Scott Parker me-thinks...

Must agree with many of the above points, especially the ones made about goalkeepers, catch, put out of play,or punch if you can get distance, not slap at it like Betts does. As for playing out from the back this is a risk that many clubs have now discovered ,and its very noticable this season that the ball is played out more often to the midfilders, a strategy that Parker seems to have overlooked. The next 2 games are critical, have we learned from past mistakes,i do hope so, especially in the goalkeeping distribution area

It’s September. The team is gelling. They need time. The season we won promotion the same concerns were being expressed. Our defence was poor, we shouldn’t play out from the back, we didn’t finish teams off. Before Blackburn posters here were up in arms. You saw in Blackburn and Milwall what Scottie P wants and it’s exciting. He lost Arter against Cardiff and WBA - we played with 10 v Cardiff for half the game. My view is Scottie is just what we want. Relax. It’s coming together. We will have a lot of good exciting games this season, unlike last. I love the championship. The prem league is sterile rubbish, little excitement or entertainment esp against top clubs.

My worry is Betts i cannot see him improving at nearly 28,we have an very competent reserve who should be given his chance, much like Pickford and the new Bournmouh keeper who are now proving their worth

Bit of a correction John. We have won 3 not 2 games from 7. Early days still and Scott is still learning. Hopefully he will learn about game management as in my opinion we should have closed off WBA and took them to the sword when we went 1 up. There is always a chance that a mistake will be made. Also, yes Betts mistake cost us, but you could argue that the one on one that Tom C missed in the first half equally cost us. Mitro had a free header in the second half that he should have put away too.
posted by Chris of Jokes - Thursday 19th September 2019, 9:37 AM

FFC have the best attack in the league. The midfield, you would have to argue, are in the top 3. The defense is poor in areas, but I have confidence in Mawson, Sessegnon and Bryan become three of the most reliable Championship defenders once the season is really up and running. Goalkeepers are always tricky. Betts is a good keeper, despite his occasional mistakes. He is nothing spectacular, but has an incredible competitive spirit and must be an exceptional dressing room player (similar to Kevin McDonald). Nothing to panic about yet, but keeper changes (as we learnt last season) is just a recipe for disaster.

Virtually every pundit I have heard in the media rate Fulhams attack as the best in the league. Judging them on 11th place after only 7 games is a little premature me thinks!
posted by Chris of Jokes - Thursday 19th September 2019, 12:31 PM

Virtually everyone on this board disagrees with virtually every pundit out virtually all season. The man said we "have" that is present tense so judging our attack after 7 games is accurate not virtual.
posted by Fred (Guest) - Thursday 19th September 2019, 12:42 PM

Okay, fair enough, therefore on that logic after one game where no goals were scored, we had one of the worst attacks in the division at that time. I prefer to wait and see where we are after 20 odd games.

yet again, kunye, yet again! another attack on our keeper. you criticised me on this site on Monday, accusing me of a "love affair" with betts, when I have simply defended him from some pretty barbed comments. I asked you what your own position with rodak was, as it does seem exaggerated at times, but you didn't answer. I accept that betts has been caught out this season, but rodek would be faced with exactly the same defence, same conditions.in his season on loan at Rotherham, did they play from the back?.your "worry" that betts is nearly 28,well anyone with any true understanding of the position would tell you that a goalkeeper doesn't usually reach his peak until well into his 30s.thats all kunye!

now now, kunye!.yes betts has had his criticism on this site, mostly from you, mostly incorrect in your judgement. that comment about him "getting on" when hes only 27 being too soppy for words. he has received more praise over the last few seasons than criticism, and some of the things you have said recently simply do not give any credit for his contributions over the past seasons. that question you ask about me thinking I am the only one in the right, well I do believe the larger majority do rate betts ability, and stating are we all wrong doesn't apply. now, tomorrow if he doesn't have a good display against Wednesday, there will be calls for him to be replaced .you naturally will be first on. if rodak comes in and makes a pigs ear of it, what will you say?. incidentally, im not saying he will, just-----

Fully agree with you George. Asking the electorate to vote on Brexit is like asking a 5 year old to vote in the elections,he will probably go for he who makes most noise. I would like to bring up a point on the british discontent from the brexiters perspective.People in the UK have been brought up and educated in "fairplay", for example, we hate our own players play acting i.e. AK, or Mitro at times. Unfortunately, some EU countries do not always follow. In the UK immigrants have been given free housing and other welfare benefits demanded by EU. problem is countries like Greece, Spain do not (quite correctly) follow. So is it not time for the UK played clever and went for the best from both worlds. Stay in EU for what is beneficial but go alone on the negatives. keep borders open but make life a misery for those not wanted. USA customs can be very good at this even if you have a visa. Keep giving them housing, allocting them in a 20 years waiting list after the local folk get theirs first,,bla bla. By the time the EU did anything about this most us will be gone.
Replies
Much I agree on but as for your comment "Stay in EU for what is beneficial..." it doesn't work like that as you are either in the EU warts and all or, not. Nations cannot cherry pick as to what bits they want and what they don't. That would be far too simplistic and sensible even for faceless unelected bureaucrats in Brussels.

The problem started with the referendum, Why did David Cameron ask the nation to vote on something on which the majority of people do not understand. Most people then and still now do not know the mechanics of the EU, including myself. I therefore listen to people with experience, John Major, Tony Blair, businessmen such as Richard Branson. They all know its a bad idea to walk away from our partners in Europe. Large car companies are withdrawning their business from the UK along with many others, at the cost of jobs. So, I think until those who support Brexit lose their livelyhood they will not fully understand the value of the EU
Replies
People forget that whilst DC proposed it, MPs voted 6 to 1 to allow it to happen. Arguably MPs had a much better knowledge of EU and implications of the binary question. Majority of those same MPs have spent last 3 years trying to thwart the result. That's why HOC is resisting a GE as many will quite rightly lose their seats.

What I would like to know, is why such a lot of money and time is being wasted on this Court case against Boris Johnson, and why are the judiciary interfering in the first place, with politics. I suppose that if there is a general election, and if as expected the Conservatives win it, the like of Gina Miller will no doubt go to court to say that she doesn't agree with the voters and that a case must be made against them for the wrong decision. It makes me wonder, and many others too, no doubt, why we bother voting for anything at all now in this country, as will be ignored anyway.
posted by Brian Jarvis (Guest) - Wednesday 18th September 2019, 2:41 PM

The reason the Supreme Court is involved is that the Government are being challenged as to the legality of their decision to suspend Parliament. As this is legal challenge it has therefore to be judged under due process of law meaning it has to go through the Courts. It could be argued that this process underlines the democratic principles on which UK laws are based, so perhaps we should be grateful that we have such as system, unlike North Korea, Zimbabwe, Russia etc etc..

Our partners in Europe, you mean our rapists who have taken 33 of our companies from us and now want our army under their rule. We have to get out or perish. And why, when the EU started Blair did not let the people decide like all the other countries, he got us in without the vote that all the other countries had. Some (not all) of the EU countries want us to collapse. We have saved most of these countries twice yet they want to side not with the country that saved them but with the people who tried to kill them. Let them get on with it and we will get back with the commonwealth. Have you noticed that most of them hate the USA as well, does that not tell you something?

remember when it started, it was just called the common market, and when the uk joined, there was only six founder members in it. this was in 1973,the original binding documents were signed off by Edward heath, and in 1975 we had a referendum the same as 2016, but chose then to stay.by the time tony bliar arrived, it had grown out of all proportion.at the beginning, it did seem like a good common sense trading act, I don't think anyone at the time ever imagined the total chaos it would go on to cause ,I am sure it was never intended.

Brexit is a nationalist spasm incited by mainly deeply unpleasant right wing people after 11 years of austerity where people's living standards have fallen badly. The EU,who have essentially kept the peace in Europe since WW2,immigrants etc, then become the whipping boys but if you have a simple binary question on a complex subject in a country that has little experience of referendums, you're asking for trouble. For instance, when was Ireland fully discussed during the ref campaign, yet the backstop is the main stumbling block? We are a set up to be a representative democracy not a direct one. The whole saga is a tragic mess that has set us back years. Remember Hitler was elected by a referendum! P.S. The Uk has had so many opt outs in the EU (the Euro, Schengen etc) so I don't know what laws a Brit govmt can't pass. Yet people seem happy to believe right wing cowboys like Farage and comic tabloid newspapers, who perpetuate untruths like the money to be given the NHS and 'Breaking Point' with Turkey joining the EU. Goebbels would have been proud of those adverts!

I've just had a big laugh. Jo Swinson says that she will cancel article 50 when she becomes PM. I have more chance of winning the lottery than her winning an election. Half of her MP's will be voted out, as most of them ware traitors to their old parties, and will never be voted back by their voters. If the Liberals get more than 9 seats in the next election, it will be a miracle. What a rabble, and Jo Swinson is a nut case.

Betts could have done better for West Brom's equaliser, but then the whole defence could have done better. There was no one protecting him, no one on the line or post, no one marking the scorer.

If we had West Ham's Fabrinski or whatever his name is in goal, you could give us the Championship title now.

If we don’t have Mitro, we would have said hive us Mitro, we take the championship now. Similarly if we didn’t have Cavaleiro or Knockaeart, we would have give us one of those two players, we guarantee top two finish. And so on. The fact is we have a strong squad and we should have enough quality that one single player, whether that’s the goalie or right back, we should have enough to win. A couple of years ago we had the mentality that if they score two, we will score three. And if they score three, we will score four! We need to be better. Betts made a mess (probably should be dropped) but that’s not the only reason we didn’t claim all 3 points!

alan b: if only it was that simple!. the fact is, its been a cautious start, sometimes a bit too much. there are at present no trail blazers, and if you say chorlton and the wheelies, they will probably burn out before the business end. no one player, and that includes the man in the gloves, will win promotion on his own, it will be a team effort, just as before. that way it can be achieved.

Why are most of our fans almost starting to panic about our start t the season, for in my mind it is a reasonable start. I know that you should always look forward and not back, but if you look at our start in our promotion season, at this stage, we only had 10 points, and had already lost at home to Sheff Wed(I hope that's not an omen)and it wasn't until our 9th match that we reached 11 points, due to that disastrous loss away to Burton. Although the table shows that we are down in 10th position, its only be 3 points and we all know that at least six of the teams above us will never stay there, and the time to be in the top two, is at the end of the season, not on September 14th. We all know, or at least we should know, that we are among the best three in the Championship, and it will be proved over a season, not over seven games. As it is always stated it's a marathon, not a sprint, and I am sticking to that.
Replies
I don't think that any of us is panicing at the present, but possibly a bit disappointed in the way that we have tended to throw points away. Barnsley and WBA being the two worst culprits, but hey ho, this is a tough division, and the cream will come to the top eventually, so just be patient.

So no one knows how to keep going for 90 minutes!!well we are bloody doomed if that's the best the coaching and fitness staff can come up with.MCacarthy going for peanuts, good keeper, some one at ffc has to start looking at a new keeper.

I have not lost my mind i promise you, but if we continue to have in and out results down here at Fulham, why not consider the return of Slavisa Jokanovic? Slavisa did not have the firepower what is available now to Scott Parker and i really think our board should look at a return for Slav. After all, he remains good friends with the Khans and i also think that Slavisa can sort out tactically what Scotty is lacking in penetration at the moment. I will get a load of abuse for this current post but i will take it on the chin folks. Last point and consider this' if we go into Xmas with these kind of results and form, and that means dropping precious points, what say you fans then? I have dropped the Laudrup dream which will not happen. Scotty might go on a dream run of form after my latest post, and that would be fantastic for us fans and everyone connected, and i would dearly like to see egg on my face if this happens. Keep on like we are doing though, and that means no promotion. Knockheart is making valid points about not finishing the job properly. We must click or these guys will be up and away come next season. Sweet Dreams!!!!!!!

If Parker doesn't work out (if we don't see improvement game on game and see him evolving and learning) I cant see anyone better equipped for the job. I'm happy to get behind Parker for this season but if the same mistakes in the last 1/4 of the game keep being made and we had to have another manager Jokanovic for me would step right in and get results. Would be interesting to see if any lessons were learnt in the prem if he did come back and take us up though

Stop getting on Marcus Betonelli's back he's a Under 21 English player and a good keeper! There is no defence for having no defence. Clever clubs build from the back! Would you lot now not like Lewis Dunk, who our club made an enquiry for but bulked at the £15 million price tag. He's now worth £36 milllion when Leicester City enquired after Harry left for United! What about Dan Burn playing beside him. Don't talk to me address the Management of our club, it has not exaclty been clever over the past few seasons has it? Steve Sessegon got a good write up in the D Mail last week, who valued him at £2 million but said there were many aspects of his game that he still has to work on (sic).

I don't think that it is ever helpful to get onto your teams keeper for obvious reasons. Bettinelli is ours he is our keeper lets get with him especially when he gets it wrong, that is when it becomes our job as fans. If not then we need to look at ourselves for the Fulhamish behaviour are we sucking the confidence of our players sometimes. We can afford this season to finish mid table so let chant out our passion to the whole team especially when things are not going our way.

You will also note that I recommended signing Wayne Hennesey from Crystal Palace on a FREE as back up for Betts earlier this season. So FFC have no alternative or back up still. Big mistake.
