Last week we don’t need to worry about the defence and now we do. By the way the nickname the Brahma Bull that you have given AK is badly thought out. Some clubs are living on a knife edge of existence. Our losses were also great and if we hadn't been promoted we would have risked penalties despite what the club might have said. Also imperative that we get promoted quickly or the wage bill will have to be drastically cut and all this put into the hands of an inexperienced Head Coach to get us promoted at the first time of asking, no wonder problems exist with these clubs.

I agree that we can’t defend. But it’s not just defenders. AK was standing next to the player who scored Preston’s first and just looked at him. Defensively we are lazy. We don’t have a defensive leader which we have missed since Hagaland left. I don’t care about promotion as the prem league is no competition and so rubbish. But I want players on £30k plus a week to do the basics. I reckon we need a second striker and midfield general, box to box tackler. Would be nice to win the cup!

Irrespective of recent form we are in the playoff places and are likely to remain there or thereabouts for the forseeable future and a change of manager (is Parker actually a manager or is he still a "coach") is neither feasible for nor desirable for the reasons you stated. The ohnomore / O'Riley conumdrum is symptomatic of the club's lack of joined up thinking where the supposed future value of a run-of-the-mill lower league player(s) is most probably skewing team selection while home grown talent sits in hope on the sidelines. Deja vu all over again, as Yogi Berra would have it.

Of course the Board are culpable BUT Parker took the job, some might have advised him not to take the job having no experience of being a Head Coach at this level. Parker is paid a good wage to do a job and the flak that comes with the role, he would have known this.

We do play some good football in games such as against Derby County. What is the problem now? Too many inconsistence games on the road for a start and games we should win back at the Cottage. That note passed on to Cairney the other week was a rookie error by a manager who doesn't command enough respect. A note from Lampard yes' but Parker is not up to that standard. We need an experienced manager who can advise Mawson in defence for instance. Mitrovic needs some advice when or what to do on back to goal. Knockheart runs into cul-de-sacs, he needs some advice. I could go on and on. You still need to coach players no matter how old, and there is the problem. There is a common denominator when to tell what to tell some players that need a little advice every now and again and Parker is not or cannot do it. 3rd in the table means nothing because as it stands at the moment, we wouldn't even beat any of our local rivals in a playoff. Why that is, is because all other managers have got Parkers number or they just work out how they will beat us. 9 1/2 times out of 10. they get one over us. It's not Parkers fault??? Do me a favour!!!!!!!

Hethought Matt O was going to start as they all say hes been the sharpest of every CM in training and a couple actually said they wanted him alongside them..what does manager do??change formation the day before to a 4 4 2 and totally exposed with very little creativity..Onamahs best game so far and at best it was below average..that says to me he has a clause in contract to play certain about of minutes otherwise he gets increase in wages or allowed to leave for a reduced fee..a clause thats becoming more common thesedays...

I like Parker and want him to succeed , but he needs to adjust his tactics . We are too easy to work out . We have speed in the side but hardly use it . Its all so slow and the crossing is woeful . Our two main wingers are short on confidence , we need to run at defences and make them commit errors or maybe concede a penalty . Too often we play it back and then further back again allowing the opposition to reorganise . On Saturday we deserved to lose , despite the last 15 minutes and woeful ref . From what i have seen last night was same . On the plus side we are still in the mix and good to see some of the younger players at least getting squad time . WBA have been best team seen at the Cottage this year , the outfield was like 9 Patrick Viera's plus Charlie Austin , fast strong and direct all over the pitch . And best player in my view Eze of QPR , total class .

Never have I seen this site more united in its condemnation of the dreadful performance in last nights match against Preston.However I still cannot see SP being replaced in the foreseeable future . It could be argued that we are third in the table, though judging by last nights effort not for much longer. The only consolation for me was that the manager wasn't caught spitting !

We have fallen out of contention very quickly because pundits are realising that Parker doesn't have the experience in a league that is unforgiving. If things are left we could fall further and our position in the play offs might be lost as well. To finish outside the top 6 with this squad would be an absolute disgrace and one that the whole club should hang their heads in shame. It is bad enough to finish outside the top 2.

The Onomah and O'Riley conundrum. Cast your mind back DT to last season's debacle. Team selection then was just as contentious as it is today; Siri had to play if available for selection, irrespective of form, and O'Riley couldn't get a game even if Motspur Park was nuked and he was the last registered player left standing. This season certain players, past history notwithstanding, are auto-selected but simply not going to make it in this team. Mawson, Ohnomore, Arter and the Reids various have thus far failed to come up to expectations and have had little to no impact, yet there they are in the starting eleven irrespective of form. Meanwhile, the youngsters like O'Riley, DLT and the two other kiddies on the bench today are not being developed and not getting game time, which they deserve on merit. Bringing DLT on at the end of ninety minutes was cringeworthy. What impact is he supposed to make in five minutes given the wandering aimlessness of those senior pros still on the field? So, back to the conumdrum. Is Ohnomore on a "must play if available" contract a la Siri? That would be hard to imagine given his lightweight past history but what other explanation is viable? Is O'Riley still blacklisted as per last season because he has the "wrong" agent? If both scenarios are true, as logic would suggest, then we are no further forward in strategic thinking and, essentially, the end result must remain the same. The conundrum is that we profess to be seeking promotion while doing our utmost to ensure that doesn't happen.

So upset we didn’t give our best youth player in 20 years ( yes he is that good) a chance I’ve been following him and others since they were 10 .. we have a gem who obviously loved the club ( he was making sure ball back in play anytime he could do we could press)...I’ve not seen anyone better in our current team yet they are given game after game.. sorry but it’s a disgrace Hope he stays but I know wouldn’t blame him for walking I despair

I could see this result coming a mile off, as PNE hadn't scored for 4 matches and Nugent hasn't scored for 41 games, a complete set up for a Fulham give away, and so it proved. I was so confident that we would lose that I placed £50 on Preston to win, and I will play that up on Brentford on Saturday, where we are due another defeat, before our 4th defeat on the trot against Leeds at home. This must be one of the worst top 6 ever in the Championship and it proves it, by seeing us, having lost 6 matches, sitting in 3rd. We shouldn't even be in the top half of the table with this team.

I have seen some really bad performances from Fulham over the years, but tonight's game must rate as one of the most awful ever. Preston were a very poor outfit, and we made them look good. I must now hold my hands up, and say Scott Parker must be shown the door and quick. We are not going up anyway this season, and may not even reach the play offs, so now is the time to give a more experienced Manager the helm, as we couldn't do any worse.

I am not sure about mid table, however I think Mr Parkers days are numbered.. Full of promise not delivered. The current evidence which has been with the team for three years Shambolic defending with no leadership. Keep the back line strong instills confidence into the whole team and squad. The manager has to take responsibility along with the recruitment staff. This team my dear FFC will never achieve the Prem with the current standard of play..
