Fulham defender Stephen Kelly insists QPR will be a different side from the one Fulham thrashed earlier in the season.

Andy Johnson hit a hat-trick as the Whites thumped their west London neighbours 6-0 at Craven Cottage back in October.

But the Fulham defender, who had a spell on loan in W12 earlier in his career, has warned his team-mates they must not underestimate Rangers or they will come unstuck at Loftus Road.

He said: "It's a small, compact ground and QPR have invested a lot in the last couple of months - obviously Bobby [Zamora] has gone there - and they're not going to make it easy for us.

"I think they've changed things since then, so I don't know if they are going to be as vulnerable as they were then.

"But we're looking to go there and continue with the form we showed against Stoke and we're looking to push ourselves up the league as much as we possibly can."

Kelly added: "I don't know if the 6-0 was a freak [result]. It was just one of those days where they were caught off guard and everything just went for us.

"Every shot was on goal and Andy Johnson tormented their back four. It should give us confidence for this return game."
