Huddersfield midfielder Izzy Brown is expected to be back in contention for the home game against play-off rivals Fulham.

The Chelsea loanee returned to full training this week after being sidelined since the middle of last month with a knee injury.

Another Chelsea loanee, Kasey Palmer, remains sidelined after suffering a setback in his recovery from a hamstring problem that has ruled him out since early February.

Midfielder Philip Billing is hoping to return after missing the last two games due to a groin problem, while Jonathan Hogg and Nahki Wells are pushing for recalls as Town bid to secure their top-six finish.

Huddersfield's last league victory over Fulham came back in September 1993, in the third tier, failing to win any of the last 10.

On-loan Manchester City midfielder Aaron Mooy has registered six Championship assists this season for Huddersfield - all coming from corners; only Leeds' Pablo Hernandez can match that tally from corners in 2016-17.

Half (6) of Huddersfield's 12 league defeats this season have come against sides currently occupying the top six, most recently a 1-3 defeat to Newcastle in March.

Fulham go into the game just inside the play-off places having won their last three Championship games, all by a 3-1 margin.

Manager Slavisa Jokanovic will again be without on-loan striker Chris Martin as he serves the second game of a three-match ban for his red card at Norwich.

Full-back Denis Odoi is again likely to be missing having sat out of the last four games.

Lucas Piazon again came off the bench in Monday's win over Aston Villa after recovering from a jaw problem, while Marcus Bettinelli is likely to remain in goal for the visitors.

Fulham are unbeaten in their last four league trips to Huddersfield, winning two and drawing two.

No Championship player has more assists from open play than Fulham's Sone Aluko (10 - level with Tommy Smith).

This match pits the two sides who've had more possession than their opponents in the most Championship games this season, with Fulham doing so in 41 games and Huddersfield in 36.

The last time Fulham played Huddersfield at John Smith's Stadium was in January of 2016 when we drew 1-1.
