Fulham’s highly-rated 18-year old midfielder Matt O'Riley could soon become the latest young England talent to head for the Bundesliga.

Sky Sports News understands scouts from Stuttgart, RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund have all monitored his progress as recently as last week, when he starred in Fulham U23s' 3-1 victory over Manchester United.

Domestically, Celtic, Rangers, Leeds and Norwich are also understood to be considering a bid for the creative midfielder, who has been at Fulham since the age of eight.

fer Talk: Can Gonzalo Higuain succeed where Alvaro Morata has failed at Chelsea? German teams continue to scout young English Premier League players, with Chelsea presently considering a £35m bid for their young star, Callum Hudson-Odoi, from Bayern Munich.

Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho, a former England U16 team-mate of O'Riley's, continues to grab the spotlight at Borussia Dortmund.

O'Riley is one of a number of promising academy graduates not currently getting a game at struggling Fulham.

Ryan Sessegnon's brother, Stephen, is believed to have impressed Claudio Ranieri and could yet be used at right-back - a position in which the Whites have struggled to find a reliable answer this season - but may head out on loan if the club sign a right-back instead.

Attacking-midfielder Luca De La Torre is also available for loan this month and is of interest to clubs in Germany and the Netherlands.
