Fulham boss Martin Jol hopes to offload defender Rafik Halliche in the January transfer window.
The Algerian international has made just one substitute's appearance for Fulham, and has failed to feature at all since the Dutchman took over in the summer.
Halliche spent a spell on trial with SPL giants Celtic last month, while Crystal Palace are also believed to be keen on the 25-year-old.
And Jol has cleared the decks for the centre-back to leave Craven Cottage.
He said: "I've got five centre-backs - he's a good player but I haven't used him.
"He told me at the start of the season [he needs to play], and it's the same story now.
"There's a few options so we'll have to wait and see what happens."
