Virgin Media would like to apologise to all the users of Fulhamweb for the totally unannounced break in broadband services between 12 noon on Friday 20th July and 3.30pm on Monday 23rd July.

This unannounced break in service was for unplanned maintenance and was not weather related.

We would also like to apologise for having a system that ensures that the customer is unable to obtain the slightest clue as to when unannounced unplanned maintenance will be completed.
